I ll leave my previous 2 star review below, however, the car buying experience is by far the best I ve had from any dealer. Legitimately the only dealership I walk into that doesn t feel like a scam. Purchased my second vehicle from them again, process smooth as butter, unbeatable warranty, cheapest financing I could find from numerous dealerships.


As far as actually buying the car that part was great. However the issue with Manchester Honda is the service center. Seems to be the cliche take advantage unknowing customer service centers people dread.



I take the rear tires off, and they were stiff and don't seem to have ever actually been removed, but in their defense maybe they were, but I highly doubt it. What do I find? Pristine rotors on both sides. And the right rear had half the life remaining on the pad at least 4-5mm. The left rear did in fact need replacing and was low(2010 civic notorious for non uniform brake wear). Moral of the story they wanted to charge two hours of labor for a 20 minute job, and wanted to replace parts that had no business being replaced aside from ONE brake pad. Of course I replaced them both anyway, for $35 in parts and 10 mins of my time. On their inspection form they even indicated 1mm remaining on the right rear, which is either a total lie or total incompetence, you choose.

Maybe they weren't intentionally trying to rip her off and only checked one side, however, when you bring your car for inspection do you want someone who can't even take all the tires off your car and inspect what they claim to inspect?I certainly do not.

This is a unique dealership because there is no negotiation on the price. The salesmen work on salary instead of commission so working with them really takes the stress out of the car buying process. Charlie Williams was the salesman I worked with and he was awesome. I was really nervous to buy a car and he made me feel comfortable and explained every step in the process. Charlie really made me feel like a valued customer. I ended up buying a Honda Accord and would definitely go back and purchase my next car from this dealership.

Eli was so helpful. He made the process simple and easy and got me in a new lease the same day!! Manchester Honda took care of everything for me and even though I didn t have any money to put down they were able to work with me and offer me a price I was able to afford. Best experience at a car dealer ever! Highly recommend!!

Really poor experience for me. Went there the seats at the sales person were dirty, the car I was interested was sold and this is after confirming with Zack that it was at the dealership. Lastly but not least, they told me there wasn't a person behind the curtain but that was a flat out lie as the sales person kept going in to talk to a Manager about my trade in. This is after she told me in her presentation that all the questions about trade ins, price of the car come through her. What a joke......Manchester Honda leadership, please do your customers a favor and don't lie in your presentations you have sales people do. All car deals go through a Manager and there is always potential to negotiate.

I called the service dept today for an appointment...

I called the service dept today for an appointment to have my airbag replaced per a recall I just received. The first thing out of the unfriendly service techs mouth was "are you a current customer "??? to which I replied no I'm not. Well it was all downhill from that moment on, I provided my vin.no# to him and he said there is actually two recalls on the car. I told him I would like to book an appt. to have the recalls performed and I'm available all next week at anytime. He said to me again in his unfriendly tone of voice, the earliest I can get you in is Jan19th!! Really??? 3wks from now!!! I said that's not going to work and I'll call another Honda dealer, he says fine and hung up. I bet you anything that if I was a current customer that appointment would of happened alot sooner!! So I call Lia Honda in Enfield and spoke to a very professional young man in the service dept and within 10 minutes had an appt for next Friday. And oh by the way there are 3 recalls on my car not 2 like I was previously told. So not only could he care less that I could become a possible future customer of Manchester Honda, he wasn't even capable of knowing what recalls where needed on my car.Great job getting new customers into your business, I'll never step foot in your dealership.

The customer service here is incredible! I was easily able to make a same-day appointment to test drive a variety of vehicles. As a first-time car buyer, Erik N. was patient with my questions and helpful in narrowing down my choices. At other dealerships, I went back and forth between the "sales guy" who could answer my questions about the cars, and the "finance guy" who helped me understand payment plans. With Manchester Honda, I was able to communicate with one person about everything, which was made the whole process easier and more transparent. While I did not end up buying a car at Manchester Honda, Erik N. was helpful when I returned to sell my used vehicle and the staff was accommodating and welcoming. Thank you!

Just bought a 2014 CR-V from here. Sale representative Mark Alen is the person I went to for this. I went in knowing what car and trim I wanted. If you're heading there, I whole heartedly recommend him to you. Very personable. Extremely down to earth. Wicked sense of humor. One of the first thing he'll tell you is that he's not there to sell you a more expensive car, he doesn't work on commission. Honda does things right if I just judge the way their company does business based on my interaction with him. Hopefully I won't have to buy a car for a good while. But I will gladly go back when I do.

I had a good buying experience at Manchester Honda.They have a no haggle pricing policy, you get to deal with one representative end-to-end, no pushy sales-people, no additional charges if you buy without financing. Dave helped my in car buying process and was he very informative, helpful and easy to work with.
For the delivery of the car, I worked with Abdul (since Dave was off) - Abdul took over right from where Dave and I left - and for me the transition was very seamless. He helped me with all the process/paperwork and enabled quick, efficient and timely delivery.
Good to see that still there are some dealerships out there who focus on customer experience! I'd definitely recommend checking out their inventory in case you're in market for a new vehicle!

I was looking at a used Honda for sale by a private owner and had a maintenance related question so I called Manchester Honda. The service department was so professional and helpful, even though I was not an existing customer, that I decided it would be worth checking their dealership to see what they had for used cars. I dealt with John Barao and he went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I hesitate to mention that he stayed late in order to do so, because I don't want to give others the expectation that this is routine, if it's not. I appreciated the low-pressure sales approach and the car was ready on time, as promised. Also, I had prearranged financing before going to the dealer, but they were able to beat the terms I had been given by my credit union. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

We came to Manchester Honda looking to purchase a new family vehicle. Abdul helped us, and was very informative from start to finish! He worked with us every step of the way, and explained the whole process to us as well as every feature/detail about the type of car that would best suit our family. We have a busy schedule as a two parent working family with two young children in school. He was so very accommodating and was so flexible with contact times and to the final signing and driving off in our new car! Thank you Abdul and Manchester Honda!

Dave B. was great to work with and he made us feel welcome and taken care of. We also like the integrity of Manchester Honda, especially their policy of not open on Sunday so their employees can spend the time with their family.

Dave Babella has been selling my family cars since I was little. He is the most laid-back and no-pressure car salesman ever. Really great guy who genuinely cares about your experience. The Manchester Honda service department is great, too. I take my car there for everything and prices are reasonable.

Our Sales rep, Frank I believe, sorry bad with names, was awesome. No pressure. I liked him and he did everything he could to make my car buying experience quick and as painless as possible. I will buy here again.

UPDATE 8/10/2017: I will never buy another car here again and I have told all my family, friends, and co-workers not to buy a car here. I recently had a problem with the Bluetooth system, AC and other issues. I called for service and was told they could help and if they couldn't they would bring the car to a Hyundai dealer. Well, when my husband brought the car to Manchester Honda the mechanic Gary within 5 seconds of hearing my husband told him there was nothing they could do. My husband said that is not what I was told and Gary basically said not my problem. My husband asked to speak to the manager who couldn't be bothered to come out of his office. My husband called and left a message and nothing. Do not go here they only want your MONEY. They will talk a good game to get you buy and your screwed.

UPDATE: 9/2/2017 After my review I immediately received a call from Manchester Honda stating that there was a mix-up and they were willing to look at the car as soon as I could bring it in. They provided a rental and looked the car over which I appreciated but I just don't know. Bluetooth, heated seats and AC seemed better but touchscreen remained off. I just have a bad vibe now. Frank was awesome but their service department could use some classes on providing friendly service.

Edit: I want to start this edit by saying Dave the salesman and Matt in the service department were great. Both were very nice and helpful and I have no complaints about either of them. I also think Dave didn't know about the issue with the car below. After I got the car, I noticed an angry rattle when I first started the car. It only did it if the car sat for a while. If you turned it off then back on, it didn't do it. So I brought it to the dealership to find out what was wrong with the car I just bought. Turns out they remember the issue from their initial inspection. While the VTC actuator still functions, it makes the angry noise when you first start the car. (There is actually a Honda service bulletin about it, Service bulletin 16-012). They didn't try to hid it from me, it was just coincidence that the two times I drove the car before purchasing it, someone had driven it already. However, they did know about the issue and didn't tell me since it was deemed "cosmetic". Pete there used car manager made me a fair offer to repair the car. However, it is still expensive, I just bought a used car and I don't have that much money. I get that when you buy a used car, especially a higher mileage used car, parts break or don't work like they did when they were new. However, if I had a known about the issue, I would have bought a CRV without the issue from a different car dealership for the same amount of money. And they are right, it is just a sound and does not affect the operation of the car. But it sounds awful... Buying a car is about trust and they knew about the issue and didn't tell me. Makes you wonder what else they didn't tell me about because it wasn't "on the checklist".

I worked with Chris in the service area he could have cared less as to why I brought my car in for service. He Didn't listen and tried to force things on me that i didn't ask to be fixed. I simply wanted my alarm off, horn plugged up and check the radio. He claimed the couldn't figure out what was wrong with the horn...it was simply unplugged. The radio works fine, just needed to put the code in which was written on my Honda manual in my glove compartment.

They tried to charge me nearly $400 for basic service telling me that they spent hours trying to find a problem that I didn't ask them to fix.

I Witnessed them push a battery on a lady after she told them not to change it...they changed it, then she had to pay for it.

The best part about my first time experience with Manchester Honda was the waiting area. The receptionist Maria was a pleasure.

My sales consultant, Mark Allen, was pleasant to work with and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He also recommended some options that were good additions to the vehicle I selected Overall, working with Manchester Honda was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had.

Heads up to upper management here: Not sure what your team is doing but they are literally walking sales...my mother was in yesterday and business was pretty slow, she was browsing different vehicles for about 15-20 minutes and was obviously interested in one, going as far as taking pictures and looking inside the vehicles. She was looking to potentially test drive a CR-V, and not once was she greeted or offered any extra assistance to begin the process. Multiple sales reps were standing around with their arms crossed and one even moved out of the way for her to be able to exit the building, with no follow up questions being asked. Thank you for making the decision to buy a Subaru an easier one!

Make sure you pull your own credit report on your cell phone to show them rather than having them pull your credit. They advertise all these special programs to help anyone. But I was declined. I was told Previously that having fair credit, a low score, or even being a first time buyer - as long as I have a job for awhile now, including a substantial down payment, they would help me lease or finance a car. Now that I have been turned down, I have not one inquiry but three inquiries from Honda company(s) on my credit report which does not help. I believe that better communication should improve between the staff and their banks, as well as living up to what they advertise to help everyone.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to be service...

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to be serviced! The work is always very well done. I always feel safe and secure when my car is getting serviced. The repairs are explained to me in terms i can understand. They are also very honest. If a part can be simply secured or minority repaired instead of replaced they will tell me. They also tell me when a repair can wait versus something that needs to be taken care of immediately.

Ive recently been in the market for a new car. Manchester Honda is my favorite dealership I have visited. The receptionist is warm and welcoming. I have been in touch with 2 sales consultants, Frank Kern and Kris Selby, who have been extremely helpful and make me feel comfortable. No phony salesman stuff that everyone dreads when visiting car dealers. No pestering me on the phone and email. They've helped me explore my options without putting any pressure on me.

It's comforting to know theres a dealership that won't take advantage of people who know little about cars. I recommend Manchester Honda to anyone looking for a new car or basic maintenance.

I see many great reviews and I wished I could have experience that today. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, I proceeded to the service desk and waited. Once the lady arrived she did not acknowledge me. She picked up the phone and started dialing. I walked away frustrated until I found someone who did not seem interested in selling a car. I asked about the Honda Cross-tour, he said oh they are discontinued, I said ok. I said I am looking for a crossover/SUV what do you have. He replied nothing in that category as I look at the CRV. I proceeded to do his job and walk over hoping he would offer me specifies about the car without me having to ask, you know like a salesperson do. In closing he never mention the Honda Pilot.

Every person I talked with at Manchester Honda was polite and helpful. Ellen was awesome. I've rarely met a salesperson as friendly and as pleasant to work with as Ellen. I was able to get the car I wanted one trim level up for less than I was quoted elsewhere for the base model. I love my new car. I'm so glad I went to Manchester Honda.

Been a customer for 10 years or so.

Service Department has become horrible. The customer service is no longer acceptable. Making appointments is hard and when we do, it takes them 7 hrs to tell you what repairs needs to be made after we call them multiple times. While making appointments they should be clear that when a car is dropped off, it will be looked at by end of the day.

This will be the last time we get car serviced at this place.

Bought cars multiple times from there. The Sales Staff is very good.

I was here over Labor Day weekend and saw Marvin. Unfortunately the entire experience was a waste of time. I came specifically looking for a new 2020 Civic Hatchback. The receptionist connected me with Marvin who said he had one in stock. He left to go to get the keys and came back 10 minutes later and said they were not there even thought it was in the system. He looked for another 10 minutes when he suggested I test drive a Civic Sedan and he would have the Hathback ready when I got back. Well the Sedan had literally just arrived, covered in dirt, and the entire electronics system was not up meaning - the dashboard, key locks, etc did not work. Not too mention I had to personally open the mirrors and ask for gas since it was empty. Once back, to no ones surprise Marvin did not find the Hatchback. He wanted to know if I was ready to buy the Sedan. I told him how would I do that if I hadn't driven the Hatchback? He said, oh they are the same. After I left, I got multiple call from Manchester Honda and Happy Birthday wish from Marvin - but no mention of a Hatchback. Go to Liberty Honda or Schaller Honda.

Manchester Honda is fantastic! The service department is quick, courteous, professional, and they really try to make sure you know what's going on with your car. They are great about explaining things and letting you know what you HAVE to get done, or what can wait until next time. Great job, and glad to be able to bring my car to them!

I have leased two Honda Accords from this dealership and both experiences were excellent. As a woman, I have in the past had not so good experiences with dealerships but I can say unequivocably that I actually found it pleasant to deal with the sales people here, including both Allan Smith and Erik Nielsen. Also, this dealership doesn't play games with prices--they tell you a price for a lease, which is reasonable, and then that's that. Go here!!
