Sir my new honda amaze in aspen honda vadodara Gujarat. They had order gear box from 25 of vx cvt . N still they r saying ki there is not available in noida comapny. They r making us fool everyday. Is it possible ki company me noida me gear box na ho.

Would need you to pay attention on an ongoing issu...

Would need you to pay attention on an ongoing issue in my car which your team is not handling efficiently. Accelerator pedal stops functioning in a running car after an engine sign pops up.

This issue has been regularly occurring in my car & unfortunately your team couldn't diagnose the root cause in last one year. I had done endless visit to "Pearl Honda" & left my car for inspection various time. They tested everything in last one year Pedal accelerator, wiring, battery of the car but always looked uncertain about the root cause.

They put my families & my life in danger so many time by giving an assurance that issue had been rectified & 99.9% will never re-occur but all these commitments were beyond their skill sets & stood as merely words. They tried everything to make me fool, annoyed, irritated, harassed by giving unsatisfactory services.

After a year of pain I met Mr. Lamba who initiated the inspection of my car from scratch & finally ended up that issue is in wiring not in any other part. As per them accessories installed from outside not fitted appropriately in my car & causing this issue. Mr. Ish Kumar shared an estimate of Rs. 25000 with break up of accessories & labor charges.

- I am not doubting that it can be an issue but certainly a conflicting statement because 15 days before only Mr. Deka confirmed me that their technicians tested the wiring & didn't find any problem. If you also look at the trail of email then Mr. Reddy also asked his team to check the wiring but there was no issue. I had always been educated on software upgrade & it happens due to moisture. ( Please go through the trail of emails)

Reasons of problem given to me

- 2 months before I left my car at service center for same issue & Mr. Deka suggested to change the battery & I gave my concurrence if this can really fix the problem permanently. Issue re-occurred & he had nothing to say. ( Your team is so uncertain about everything )

-Pedal accelerator sensor was also changed for 1 day to observe if this part contributes to an error.

Everytime your team comes with a new problem Sowtware upgrade, pedal accelarator sensor, Some other sensor ( ECT sensor) & now wiring.

I have following questions & actionable, Need your response:

Does it take more than a year to diagnose the problem for a dominating brand like Honda ? ( Mr. Lamba Admitted that it is an ignorance from Honda team & lesson for them)

Does you team do maintain quality standards/check list before handing over a vehicle to customer ?

I was so frustrated with excuse of non availability of technicians, sometime laptops, tech team doesn't work on saturday. Do you work as per your own convenience ?

Battery of my car changed 2 months before, why your team didn't check the life of battery during regular service in the month of feb. Now if your team says issue is with wiring I need a complete refund.

What is the value of life of a customer to you that your team doesn't realize what can be the consequences if accelerator doesn't function in a running car ?

Need compensation for delay of my work due to non- availability of car because of your team.

Need compensation for fuel which is owned by me & your team uses while doing testing

What action you will take against your employees who made me fool with number of lame excuses & for this year stretch.

I am surprised when your team still says that 99.9% issue will be resolved after this step. ( Need a quality check & certification to confirm it will not arise after this)

Why I should bear the cost of this wiring change rather it should be a penalty on you for inconvenience, harassment, putting my life on risk?

I don't need any response from CRM team that our dealers in touch with you & marinating the honda standards" I don't think so because of such services any would like to trust on you.

Is this really a satisfactory service?

I had very high expectations from Honda. Their local dealer has charged me for spares and defective fan motor in spite of being in extended warranty. Honda does NOT Care for customer. in spite of repeated complaints by mail and their 121 no , there is no intention to address the issue.
Thoroughly dis appointed with Honda.
As for extended warranty , it seems to be a eye wash

It has a very huge area.
My college friends and I visited this company for our knowledge of how they build car.
The overall experience is very nice.
Honda Cars India Ltd is one of the premium car manufacturers in India.
They have multiple models in India from Brio, Amaze, Jazz , Wr-v , Br-v , Cr-v ,Accord and everyone s favourite the Honda CITY .

They make good cars.

Hey well I am Dharmendra .according to me it is good mnc company because I am experienced four years in vehicle quality department on road test and shower test also.but some missunder standing I was lost his job.i like this company and staff. These day was very memorable days in my life.
