nodobt Honda car is awesome but dealers at showroom attitude & way of talking towards clients is rubbish and harshly they cannot satisfy clients

Honda is a Japanese multi national company manufacturing automobiles. I want to work in this company because of his progress.

Aoa. Sir i have 4years mechanical diploma with 2.5years experience and i wish to work in honda atlas.

The after sales service of even the high end cars of Honda is extremely pathetic. They intentionally delay, waste the prescious time of customers and don't follow their own words

I have purchased car Honda city aspire 1.5 one day ago and as soon i received the car. it gear system is not working properly and i took that car in Honda center Peshawar road Rawalpindi. He inspect the car and find manufacture fault in its gear system.i wanted to know is there is any quality control system in your company before delivery of the car to customers? if yes what they are doing if such car delivers to customers? i left the car at dealer place and ask to replace my car. please advice what to do

5S is well maintained at plant
Hard working team is additional strength of HACPL

Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (PSX: HCAR) is a joint venture between Honda Motor Company Limited Japan, and the Atlas Group of Companies, Pakistan. The company was incorporated in 1992 and the joint venture agreement was signed the next year. The company rolled out its first assembly line in 1994. The company has expanded its dealership network from six to a network of 21 (3S-sales, service and spare parts), 18 (2S- service and spare parts) and 5 (1S- spare parts) authorised dealerships across the country.
The company is jointly owned by Honda Motor Company and the Shirazi group. As at March 2016, 51 percent of the company's shares were held by the former while 23 percent were held by Shirazi Capital and 7 percent by Shirazi Investments. Also, 7 percent of the shares are held by the public.
Operational and Financial performance
With a capacity to produce 50,000 units (in double-shift), production has remained less than 60 percent of the capacity but soon this could change. The company launched a new civic just last year, as well CBU units of Honda Accord, CRV and the new HR-V, a mini SUV which is a first in Pakistan. City may be up for a facelift soon too.
Sales numbers have climbed from 18,000 units in 2007 to almost 26,000 units in 2016 for the year ending March 2016; while revenues have grown from Rs 17 billion to Rs 40 billion; an average growth of 14 percent. Latest numbers are even more encouraging (read below).
Despite capturing about 9 percent of the market in sales, the company was in losses up till 2012 but 2013 saw a jump of revenues from Rs 16.6 billion to Rs 30 billion that catapulted its earnings to Rs 525 million (before tax) from losses. By 2016, before-tax earnings climbed to Rs 5 billion (Rs 3.5 billion after-tax). The company has also attempted to cut down its indirect expenses such as selling and advertising to help boost earnings.

Receptionists and customer services are very unprofessional, never bother to attend calls. I called them 50 times, they did not attend at all. They are good for nothing.

Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited is one of few companies assembling sedan cars in Pakistan. The company is having good market share in Pakistan and successfully marketed it's cars throughout Pakistan.

Car assemblers in Pakistan are not offering features in cars in Pakistan as they offer in other countries. Honda is also one of them.

Value for money is not justified in most cases.

While I do appreciate honda for offering better standard equipment than toyota and suzuki, its still not enough. These 3 big companies are just running a monopoly here. Basic things things like airbags, immobilizers, cruise control etc that are standard in overseas models are missing. Honda Pakistan brags about safety, yet they have no hooks on the rear parcel shelf where you can hook up a baby seat. While main parts (such as engine parts) are all imported, the locally made rubber parts and plastics are of poor quality. The interior cloth starts wearing out quickly, plastic trimmings start losing paint and rubber parts fall apart. This is not just Honda but the same goes for toyota and suzuki. In the end its all about money, these companies dont care what they put on the market.

VERY POOR SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE IN PAKISTAN TO BUY ANY HONDA PRODUCT
ALL DEFAULTY. THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE. THEY DONT REPLY.
YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED..

The most luxurious cars of Pakistan made here. Plant was amazing, efficient and envoironment friendly. Above all people working there were co-operative, welcoming, supportive, freindly, responsible,educated, well trained and devoted to organisation.

I have purchase Honda city 1.5 mt aspire from Honda breeze, Multan on 06.09.2017. when i am drive the car and see it interior and exterior gone into shock. Honda city is my favourite car and about 20 year or more i kept this car on different models. Honda city 2005 model purchased by me in year 2008 and no changed with new model 2017 but found that all the meterial i.e. iron, plastic, rubber, etc etc used is very low category. I think new car purchsed by me is my mistake. I want to meet your Director, sales or manufacturer Engineer to talk about that for your betterment ideas. Because I am a fellow of Honda City. But now ? ? ?
