HomeXpress Realty is my third and final brokerage. With a generous commission split, I am enabled to spend more money on how i market my personal listings. Paid advertising, that I could not afford elsewhere, is now a staple of my services for my clients listings. There is always updated training which keeps us at the top of our game. Buyer's and seller's cannot go wrong with a HomeXpress agent.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with the services we've received from our HomeXpress Realty agent, from the purchase of a new home, to the sale of the old home. If you need someone that will fight for YOUR interests, go with the agent that has the experience and is known for it. Will be worth the money in the end. Last thing, Never hire an inspector the agent recommends.

I can never say enough great things about our brokerage. Chris Shumaker is a wonderful broker, who actually cares about the well being of his agents. He is always there when we have questions, or need some guidance or advice. The fee's are so low, but the training the office provides is of the highest caliber.
