My stay here was pretty awesome, to be honest. It was my very first time staying in a hotel room with a living room/kitchenette & I was well satisfied with it and everything else the room provided. The staff was very friendly & courteous & they made sure me and my family was well accommodated. One additional thing I'd like to add was that the laundry room on the first floor was a pretty neat add-on to my trip since I had to do some last-minute laundry before heading back home. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel anytime and I'm hopeful that I'll get to return for a second stay in the future whenever I'll revisit Lawrenceville. & hopefully this time, the bar will finally be reopened lol
We had to spend over two months at Homewood suites and it felt like home I really hated to leave !!!! The staff are fantastic the managers are wonderful and you could not ask for better housekeeping I wish I could give it more than five stars!!!!!!! The food is great I really got spoiled and the servers was so friendly everyone there was very friendly!!!! I was there for so long when I come in the front door whoever was at the service desk would say Welcome Home. And it really felt like home!!!!! I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else!!!!

Excellent front desk and shuttle service. Nice, updated rooms. Housekeeping needs work though... The trash next to the ice bin smelled horrid. Our room had newer stains on the walls, ceiling, and chairs. Our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor causing us to use all towels to mop up. I suggest a deep clean on all rooms and extend shower doors to the bottom!
My family had to stay at this location for 2 weeks while our house was being redone . the staff has been very friendly and accommodating to us with 5 kids during this highly stressful time. Never experienced a rude employee and everyone spoke with smiles like they were glad we were here.
I had a great stay here. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. The room was clean, the suite was well furnished with everything needed, and the bed was pretty comfy. The shower was fairly modern and nice and hot. Breakfast was crowded and seemed to be out of plates, silverware, or types of food at any given moment, but the food was good. I'd definitely stay there again.
They were exceptionally clean, especially during COVID-19. The staff was constantly cleaning and sanitizing stations were located throughout the hotel. Despite COVID, the staff still managed to serve a hot breakfast. The staff cooked and handled all food, distributed disposable plates and cutlery pieces and had clearly marked 6 ft spacing between customers while waiting in line. I must admit I was surprised to even see hot items as most hotels have transitioned over to the grab and go brown bag style of breakfast. The rooms had a disinfectant sticker on the key pad, on the mirror and all remotes so you know the room has been thoroughly cleaned. I read where other travelers commented on the friendliness of the staff and I totally agree. Mimika and Jenny were the absolute BEST!!!! They were so nice and friendly to everyone (saw them talking like they knew each guest personally)! Their customer service skills were waaaay above average! The entire staff was really nice, but these two just stood out on our trip! I would have no hesitation staying here again!!! No complaints about this place at all!!

Free breakfast buffet that other hotels don't offer. Free wifi upgrade when they saw I was staying two weeks without me even asking. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy to get in and out of.
The hotel got roaches!! My son found a baby roach in the bathroom and then we come in and find a roach on one of the beds. I m a Hilton honors member and I travel a lot only stay at Hilton property. But this homewood suites need a update and the rooms need to be sprayed for bugs!! Also the heat in the first room was not working right for some reason it felt like it was a mix of air and heat and at night had me and my kids freezing waking up with snuffles and colds!! If I could give a zero I would!! If I could post this picture of this roach I would!!

Started here for a wedding weekend. The room was clean and there was plenty of room and it was nice having the kitchenette to keep and prepare food if needed. The beds are soft and the bathrooms spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions and I needs. Housekeeping does a great job and quick to clean.
The room was huge and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Even the breakfast was great. I will definantly be staying there again!
We stayed 5 days. The hotel is clean and well run. This is a pet friendly hotel. The kitchenette is cozy and well stocked. The free breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Nothing to rave about.

Loved it is an understatement. This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The beautiful suite was heaven on earth! The Staff took my experience to a whole new level. The hotel is somewhat outside of main Atlanta, but without traffic, you can reach downtown in 25 minutes. I will say that there is typically traffic. An Uber from there to the city can run you between $35 and $45. The rooms are amazingly comfortable and the beds and bedding were excellent. Breakfast is included and there's also a calendar of what's for dinner each day posted on the refrigerator. Parking is free. I would definitely stay here again.
Very accommodating hotel. I wanted a suite with a separated room instead of a studio and the manager was able to fulfill that request. Rooms were big and kept up to date. The phone key feature was super cool. They also provided a shuttle from the hotel to my event location as well! I just wish they provided complementary water (I'm a Hilton Honors member) but I had to purchase it from their convenience store down stairs. Other than that everything was great!
We had some water damage in our basement apartment and this is where our insurance company sent us. We were there for 3 months and did not want to leave!! It felt more like home than our real home!! You walk in the door and you hear, "Welcome home!!". I can't use the word 'staff' to describe them, I have to use the word 'FRIENDS'!! Our FRIENDS work there!! We go back every chance we can just to visit and say hi (and a cup of coffe!)!! We even took a few nights to just get away and this was the place we chose! Andrew, 'Goose', Mimika, and Rhonda - we thank you for making our stay the most memorable and relaxing time of our lives!! It's a pleasure to call you our friends!! We love you guys!! See you soon!!

They make the mistakes, you suffer for it. - First, the management team at this Homewood Suites won t pay much attention to this review as this place is usually booked up and they won t fear any loss of business over this review. But for those of you who have a choice, it might be of some help. There were some other reviews posted about poor customer service and especially related to problems with billing but I figured how often does that come up? . I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and I use the same profile and credit card at numerous Hilton properties on a very regular basis. I had had a very long day including 5 hours of travel that put me into Lawrenceville very late in the evening. I went to the desk to check in as I ve done 100 s of times including providing my credit card. The night clerk on duty assured me that the card was not necessary and she had it all taken care of. OK, good deal. When I arrived at my room, I was on a call on my cell phone and I hear the room phone ringing. I figured it was the customary is everything in your room ok? call so I did not interrupt my current call. After about 1 minute, the room phone rings again. Again I did not answer figuring it was not important enough to interrupt my call to home. Another minute goes by, it starts ringing again. This goes on another 2-3 times again without me answering. Now I am getting questions from my call about why the room phone continues to ring. Then my cell phone shows an incoming call. It s a local number. It s from the hotel! It stops ringing. The room phone then starts ringing again. Another series of 3-4 calls one after the other with about 1 minute in between. Then my cell phone has another incoming call, the hotel again this time with a voice mail. I finally have to end my call in disgust to find out what is so important. Fire? Danger? Other National Calamity? Nope, a problem with my credit card. I explained this should not be a problem at all as I use it all the time at Hilton properties and that I did offer it at check-in which she refused. I asked if she understood how rude her persistent calling to the room was and that it had interrupted a conversation I was having. Her response was that she d only called 3 times. Unbelievable. So she had me read the card information to her including the expiration date. She still can t get it to work. So I called my credit card company to see if there was a problem. The Visa customer service said there was a problem, the wrong expiration date was being entered. User error on the night clerk s part. I called the front desk again to explain she had been making the mistake that had so rudely interrupted my evening. She insisted again that it would not go through. I said are you entering the correct expiration date the you a. have on file b. that I offered at check-in and c. that I read to you on the phone a few minutes ago. After she finally relented and corrected her mistake, behold, the card went through. So the first 20-30 minutes of my stay here was spent handling this situation with a rude night clerk. I reported this the next morning to the front desk. Their response? Well, she s new. I asked if new allows for telling a lie about how many times she d called and did new allow for her to be rude to a customer after a long, tiring day. They did say that a manager would want to contact me to discuss this situation and how they could make things right. No manager has called. So stay here if you like but just know that if there s a problem with billing, they will stalk you doing whatever they have to do until they get an answer from you even if they are the ones responsible for the error.
Nice hotel, clean building, well kept and worth staying at again. Good job Hilton. I will update next visit, increase rating, decrease rating or keep the same. Here at least the rooms look identical to their pictures. Keep up the good work! Thanks.
Nothing major, but several things worth noting.. Only one elevator, and it's pretty slow. The tap water has a strong bleach smell/taste; brushing your teeth isn't too fun. Breakfast is better at pretty much every other chain, but whatever. The sofa in your room isn't comfortable enough to sit on for more that a few minutes. The kitchen in your room is nice though, if you need that; I didn't. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Ceiling fan in the room is cool to have.
It was an average hotel stay, but honestly, the next time I stay in the area, I'll try the Hampton next door for less money.
Upon walking in had to wait to be he given room key because he was on the phone and there was not other front desk representative. The room was ok, the shower had mold in the corners. Breakfast was ok to. Not horrible stay.

This was a very nice Homewood Suites. Felt like a newer one, was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is their attempt to serve a complementary breakfast and still abide by COVID-19 standards was pretty pathetic.
Absolute idiots, made a reservation for today and the front desk reserved it for the next day. The front staff didn't even apologize or try to make up for mistake. Poor service and staff
