Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Would recommend staying here

Staff was very friendly and kind. They helped me with all that I needed. Nice and clean rooms.

The female shes the manager or supervisor is rude to certain people. I sat and watched how she treated a worker and a female applying for a job. I know that female probably didn't get job. I like Hampton Inn, the staff are always friendly.

You can stay there as the comfort of your home. The breakfast is amazing they also have activities on different days for the all guest. Only issue is the pool is outside. Will be great if they have indoor pool & hot tub that way you can relax after a long drive or flight.

Stayed here as part of a basketball tournament during COVID-19. Aside from a minor payment snafu, this place seemed to go well above and beyond our expectations. I mean really, the woman was cleaning floors seemingly everytime I came into the hall on Friday morning. She literally had to go over that floor 6 or 7 times outside the elevator. I appreciated the signs that spoke tonthe high touch areas in the rooms that were disinfected. Also the inspections and sealed door upon entering the rooms. At no point did I feel the rooms were even slightly dirty. If you're staying anytime soon, don't plan to walk into the common area, aka the lobby, without a mask on. You will be reminded politely! Even while we were outside by the pool, someone was sitting by the fireplace smoking (really stupid since its propane) and the staff came out and immediately asked them to vacate and go to the front smoking area. They provided decent food recommendations too! Definitely would stay here again.

They actually have mild truck parking if you get here early and if your looking for something real low key but in a nice place, the customer service front desk people at first come off nice but seem to be a bit short when engaging in welcoming you in in reference to your trip arrival. Customer service should be nothing far from exceptional!! I just got an odd vibe from them, but well see how the rest of the stay goes.....stay tuned!!! Room is nice as always, clean towels, Bed and Quiet!!!!!!

The room we were staying in 320 had bed bugs in our bed and the room my daughter slept in there was a bed bug crawling on the wall, they changed our room and the second two rooms 226 and 227 they changed us to had ladybugs and spider in them, so they changed our room again, they gave us two rooms to choose from 205 and 201 we chose 205. We didn't get any sleep. They asked us to leave our clothes in the room for them to put new good clothes in the dryer to kill any bed bugs that might have gotten in our clothes. This was not our first time staying at this property but it will be the last time. I love Hilton property but this time this one was a nightmare for me and my family.

The hotel is great so are the staff my only complaint is that the sofa bed in our room is messed up.

Great hotel stayed for a wedding would have been five stars if rooms were slightly larger. Also elevator was a pain to wait on

There were 2 outstanding reservationists at the front desk when we arrived last week. Their names were Mimika and Chanel. They were the friendliest and were as knowable as concierges and helped us find excellent resturant in the area. These two ladies remembered us by name and made the best impression we have ever experienced even in a high end hotels. The place was so pretty and comfortable and we recommend this hotel to everyone. Mimika should be recognized for her amazing kindness and customer service

Just a suggestion but increase the mask over breakfast, or someone assisting the the food. Liked the room, and it was so comfortable. My little girl enjoyed it even more because she had her own space. Would definitely return

This is a tough one. I really liked everything about this place BUT the bed was absolutely horrific! Super soft mattress, very bouncy and not suited for 2. Everytime one of us moved just the slightest bit, the entire mattress moved. And unfortunately the middle was quite a bit lower, so we kept rolling to the middle. If you are alone, I guess it's ok, but with 2? Bad! I was really surprised about this. I expected much better. So next time I will take a room with 2 beds or go somewhere else.

Space is ok, but rooms can get extremely dry as they cool down. So much so that most of my family had sire throats on our second night. Breakfast was ok, but rather limited. Amenities onsite are excellent, including a media / card room and putting green and putt putt for kids.

Everything was really great about the hotel. Both the sofa bed and the actual bed were both very comfortable. The only part that I didn't really agree with was the refrigerator. It seemed a little cramped in the kitchen. Overall, it is a really nice hotel. I hope I will be returning soon.

Quiet place where suites have bed, bathroom, sofa, chairs, desk and kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, sink, dishes, flatware and glasses. Breakfast served every morning. Excellent staff. Would recommend for weekend or longer stay.

Older breakfast was not what it shpuld be for a homewood suit

Very courteous staff and clean rooms with plenty of ammentities. The only issue was the check in time being delayed but this was due to the entire hotel being booked full for a conference

The service is great! The rooms are decently big and the beds are comfortable. Free breakfast and dinner the location is great you are near lots of restaurants and movie theaters

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. 24-hour washer and dryer available. Little convenience store has everything you would need. The breakfast provided would get you through the morning.

The room has kitchen supplies mini stove dishwasher full size fridge and microwave.
It would be nice if the room actually provided the soap for the dishwasher and a little soap for the sink as a convenience. The bed was comfortable and the room felt homie. This is a pet friendly hotel but you never noticed their pets here.

The only downside that I found was the elevator which does take some time and is only one for the building. A heated pool or hot tub outside would have been great.

There's some really beautiful places around this area and I would stay at this hotel again. It's a convenient location with restaurant options around. A Publix 3 minutes away.

I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could. Great staff and food. Really spacious rooms and comfy beds. Great location. I will definitely come back if I m in the area.

Anna at check-in was courteous, prompt, and extremely accommodating and was very helpful with recommendations for dinner. Unfortunately our fur baby did not behave while we were out to dinner (our sincerest apologies to neighboring guests), but the front desk resolved the issue and addressed the issue with us in a respectful manner. Would stay here again!!

Rooms were large and would be great for an extended stay. They were clean and the service was great. I would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. They have a great complimentary breakfast and also a dinner. The dinner is only Monday - Thursday. The room is very clean and even has a little kitchenette complete with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. If I'm ever in the Atlanta area again I will only be staying at Homewood Suites.

I stayed here from 7/11/19 - 7/14/19... I'm a Motorcoach Bus Drivers from Virginia Beach, VA. And I just want to thank the staff here for making my stay one of the best!! In my 4yrs of driving a motorcoach, this is the only hotel that had everything I needed in my room without me asking for it. We had the Refrigerator, hot plate, pots/pans microwave, and silverware basically a small kitchen in the room. And then the room was like having an apartment away from home. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be at the Homewood Suites!!!

Great rooms, amenities, and very friendly staff. Loved the free breakfast during my multiweek stay. Was welcomed home every time I walked in the door from work. If I ever have to come back, I'll always stay here.

Rooms outdated, Front desk staff not friendly only Patrick. Water went off when I was about to check out and no memos went out to our suites. Also the fitness room had rust on all of its equipment. Evening socisl was very lame and tge food was horrible.
