I had a mixed experience with Homeway. The website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth. However, I encountered some issues with the customer support. They were not very responsive and it took a while to get my concerns addressed. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory. The accommodation was as advertised and the overall experience was decent. Homeway has the potential to be great, but the customer support needs improvement.
