Just had my first Covid-19 shot at Renowns drive thru site. They did an amazing job. Well organized and efficient. 55 minutes start to finish and that was with the 15 minute wait time after. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. GREAT JOB ALL!!!
Customer service was on point...very, very polite. Although the lines were ridiculously long, it was understandable. I would really recommend going right when they open which is at 7 a.m., the wait time for me was 1.5 hrs. & I arrived at 1 p.m. So if you could arrive earlier, I would do so!
Went for a COVID test. Got there about 11:30...long line! Got through about 1pm. They were super nice. I took unopened Halloween candy for them, they were surprised and grateful. Plan on waiting in line, bring a book, game or something to do while you wait!
Waited in line to get the first dose of the COVID-19 shot. It took one hour, and the line was around the whole lot. They asked for all documentation and consent forms and the proceedings were done properly. Getting the vaccine is crucial to ending the pandemic.
They were wonderful. I had no problems.

Even though the line was long to get my first covid vaccine, the line moved very quickly. Make an appointment on MY CHART and print the covid papers to fill out so the experience is seamless.
