The friendliest staff ever, as a female i get over looked at places like this normally. Not here, great energy, kind helpfull staff and a great variety!

Excellent customer service, have a little of everything, very well organized, reasonably priced. Also very convenient location for the folks who live in senoia.

Super friendly staff. Very well laid out store. Clean and organized.
The staff was VERY quick to help me and even joked around a bit.(which is somewhat of a lost business concept these days).
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcoming smile. We walked passed two other gentleman stocking shelves and both made eye contact and asked if we needed any help. (By this time I already got what we came to get and was just looking around).

Prices were....a bit toward the high end, but for convenience and the staffs attention to detail, friendly nature,and overall positivity, I'm more than willing to stop by again. Felt like an actual person, not just another body walking thru the door...

I would suggest some kind of sign, banner or something that makes it more visible from highway 16. The color of the building kinda blends in to the surroundings and in think it could easily be passed by.(I live 2.5 miles away and forgot it was there)

Keep up the great work! Zero complaints. EVERYONE working at the store today (3/29) went above and beyond any normal expectations one would hope to see from a business. Each and every employee today was definitely an asset to this place and I will,without a doubt, return.

It's a cool little hardware store to have in town. if you just need to grab a couple of little bolts or nuts or something along those lines. And the people are really cool.

I love a local stor that wants your business and that will help you find what you're looking for from the moment you walk through the doors.

The owner Phil was the best help in the world. I had a plumbing problem and he went out of his way to help. If you are in the area please stop by and look around. They have everything.

Went for the first time today to pick up a few things (painting a room). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the store associates. He asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and then took me directly to what I needed. He was super courteous and and asked if I needed anything else. The store itself is well laid out. Seems to have everything you need in good quantity. Love the fact that there s a hardware store in our hometown. 9 min drive. Easy in and out. Perfect. Thanks for a wonderful experience today! I will take this small town hardware store, their store hours, and pet policy any day. If I want corporate America I ll go to Lowe s or HD.

Great service, unfortunately out of potting soil. Nice selection of plants and flowers, again great customer service.

Owner was obnoxious and rude when I returned a shower valve that was the wrong one, that his sales team sold me. He begrungingly "allowed" the return after complaining about having to resell an opened package, then attempted transference when I called him out on his behaviour. He pretended to be offended by my reaction to his bad behaviour, which was by that point telling him I'm getting a refund since I purchased by credit card, and his approval wasn't needed. He doubled-down by involving his employees, seeking allies. I am diligent about keeping my business local when possible, and have spent significant money there previously. I guess they have all the customers they need. Expect difficulty when you return items. You won't get that treatment from Gilroy's Got It, or elsewhere.

Very friendly, had what I need at a reasonable price. They close at 6pm. So go by and get your projects started.

Just a awesome place. Everything you really need for all out door projects and so much more. Some of the nicest people as soon as you walk in.very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Just like any other hardware store. It would be cool if all of thier products were made in America... north and south!

Staff was friendly some what knowledgeable and good selection

This place is like a toy store for grown ups. They have an awesome selection of stuff like nuts/bolts, plumbing, outdoor tools, kids toys, camping, etc. And waaaaay closer than the big box stores. I will be shopping here for all of my home needs when i can. Oh, did i mention the staff is incredibly helpful yet not clingy and creepy? Highly recommend. Please help keep places like this in business!

I have been several times and the staff is great! The store has a lot of things and it s nice to shop in town and not have to go so far for things! I even had some keys made here, got things for the farm and the yard! My son like the little farm toy section and of course the gummy worms! Love that this is family owned!!

I have been several times for odds and ends and always seem to have what i need. Also the staff have always been great to deal with.

Helpful and nice. They have a fairly good selection of hardware items. The one big drawback is they are not open on Sunday. That s my day to get stuff done around the house and I need supplies from the hardware store. I guess it s off to Home Depot instead.

While I miss the "stable" of long legged young men like True value in PTC, I WAS treated like the valued customer I was, helped to find what I was looking for, and satisfied with the entire experience when I left.

Thought it might just be a little hole in the wall type store but was pleasantly surprised. They keep the hometown feel while still carrying alot of different hone/garden items. Definitely a DIYers place to shop for many projects around the house. From lawn and garden to bathroom, or closet and everything in-between.

Clean store and friendly employees. I never go down this way but that may change. Their prices seem competitive on most common things I usually buy at the hardware store. They have pool salt for less than the big orange place and stock deer corn. This alone will save me some headache of having to go to two places in PTC.

I needed a 45 cent locking nut. Figured I would give them a shot. I didn t get in the door when he stopped me because I had my dog on a leash.
Turned around and said see ya. Gilroys allows my dog. For 45 cents you lost me. I can understand unleashed dogs. I KNOW it isn t state law. Bad policy and probably suggested by your lawyer. We are a small community. You guys are nice and helpful but I won t be back over a small pet and a 45 cent nut.

Great hardware store in the increasingly developing area of Senoia Ga. When I have been there the staff were wonderful and helpful. I have heard from someone else that the staff do not understand tools however I do not know if this is true or false. They have all you will need plus a bit extra. I would recommend this place for any hardware essentials you need.

Very well stocked. Very helpful staff. Super clean and organized store. A huge selection that covers most of what you would encounter at home and in most business applications. This is my new favorite hardware store.

On my most recent trip, I ran in for a wrench and it was out of stock but they had a racheting wrench in t he size I needed...even better for my purpose! Once again they were polite, helpful and friendly.

This store is awesome. Well staffed with helpful employees, along with one of the best hardware sections I have ever seen. The store is always clean, really good experience.

Very very friendly and caring staff members who take good care of their customers. Mighty fine layout to store. Easy to find everything that a traveler on Route 16 and/or good ol boy or girl of Senoia would need for a grand ole time on a beautiful Southern weekend.
