Owner was obnoxious and rude when I returned a shower valve that was the wrong one, that his sales team sold me. He begrungingly "allowed" the return after complaining about having to resell an opened package, then attempted transference when I called him out on his behaviour. He pretended to be offended by my reaction to his bad behaviour, which was by that point telling him I'm getting a refund since I purchased by credit card, and his approval wasn't needed. He doubled-down by involving his employees, seeking allies. I am diligent about keeping my business local when possible, and have spent significant money there previously. I guess they have all the customers they need. Expect difficulty when you return items. You won't get that treatment from Gilroy's Got It, or elsewhere.
