I made a appointment with Victor Yepello drove 2 hrs. to look at a listing I found on Zillow. Called him before I left to let him know I was on my way, called again to let him know I was 20 min out and he called me back and told me that the property was already in escrow! He said sorry about that, and on top of that he had nothing else to show me! Maybe Victor should find another career

Sean called right after I put for sale by owner sign up.but signing with him has brought in more people.and less stress.so far it has been a week with him and 3 hopefuls.Update he has sold my mobile home and its only been a week! At asking price. He is very down to earth and a pleasure to talk to.He has walk me through every detail. Very patient man.I would recommend Sean to anyone who has never been through the selling process.

Everything was going well with Miguel Briones until escrow got closed , drove from Los angeles to Palm Springs to stay in the house and did tell them to keep the water and power until Saturday morning so i can switch it to my name, He texted me no problem , I drove here Friday night and no power no AC no lights, calling Miguel no answer, Worst feeling ever!!!! Dont trust their word never never !!!!! I am spending my night in a car just because they messed up on this!

They dont help you all the way so stay away !!!!
