I stayed approx 8 months, after leaving UK, they deducted 190 Pounds for carpet damage repair, but never replied my emails when asked the basis (quotation) of 190 Pounds deduction from my security deposit. Even when they told me that deduction amount is based on the market quotation. Already more than one month is passed till now i have not got my balance security deposit.

Now finally I received the quotation. But the quotation was like some has made it in microsoft word, with no seal, no signature, nothing at all.

Again atfter receiving the quotation it took so many emails, even some time i have to request a reply, it took al most anoth month to received remaining amt.

Very dissapponting experience .................

We were renting a flat from this agency for more than a 6 years and all I wanted to say is Thank You! Always helpful, very friendly and ready to help in most difficult moments. I must say when dealing with Homelink, especially Wendy in Accounts I found her to be very professional and courtesy at all times; she was very helpful with my query today and resolved the matter in a flash. I would highly recommend Homelink if your looking for a property to rent, especially Wendy she is a darling.

Not really good agency.If something happens they don t really care you have to sort it out yourself.We stayed without electricity for 24h with a baby and they didn t care so we had to sort it out ourselves .. And if you read the comments you can see all the Asians are happy because if you are Asian they help you the most..

If I could score 0 I would. Homelink Keep overcrowding accommodations & housing non workers and alcoholic drug users into private accommodation.
The last time the extremely small one bedroom property at the rear of my Home became vacant This Rouge Estate agent overpopulated the property with a family. The noise levels were horrendous and I had to call the police & council out on several occasions.
The property is only suitable for a single professional or maximum a Professional couple. The tenant before the overcrowding took place was a professional teacher. No problem at all. It was a pleasure to welcome her to the neighbourhood.
This morning, Monday 6th July 2020 I noticed 5 strangers leaving the property in the early hours. One kept walking up and down spitting outside my window and spat onto my neighbours car. He looked very mentally ill and menacing.
The simple message to you at Homelink is to vet your tenants first & stop overcrowding properties and housing unwanted criminal minded drug users into our Clean communities . In the meantime I have reported my concerns.

Spoke to Homelink in early March 2016 expressing our interest in buying a buy to let investment in the Bedford area! Homelink team explained everything to us with their immense area knoweldge. They found us a fantastic apartment which we put in an offer for and got accepted beating three other bidders at the same time.. From the beginning the process of buying and eventually renting the property was hassle free. Homelink completely restored my faith in some select....few...Estate Agents. Well done guys, Excellent service, Excellent Advise Great People all round.

Excellent full management lettings agent, I had moved a couple of my properties over from another local agent just over a year ago with no regrets. They have provided me with excellent tenancies and have looked after & maintained my properties well; with their full managed service. I have now moved over my entire portfolio knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you Homelink.

We've been happy with Homelink as an agency. We first saw the property in early December 2018 and were told it's not available until end of January 2019 which was quite suiting for us. We decided to secure the property the same day so went to the office to pay our admin fee. When we got there we were told that due to renovation it would be available early-mid Feb which again-we were fine with. Homelink have been great at answering our questions when we had them but they may not have the best communication as a team as we were called on the 22nd of Jan that we could move in on the 1st of February so had made plans for this. I then went to the office to hand in outstanding documents at which point I was told our move in date would not be this early. I was told to wait for a call either that day or the next day to confirm a move in date. I heard nothing the first day and took it upon myself to call at 1ish the next day. We were then told it will be the 4th of February to move in. I was told to wait for a call in regards to what time to come into the office and sign a contract (this was on Tuesday the 29th). We waited for a call but I hadn't heard anything until I called them on Saturday the 2nd and I was told to come in on the Monday at 11am. We got into the office at this time on Monday the 4th but they were not expecting us nor were ready for us. However they worked as fast as they could to get everything printed and sorted for us so I can't fault them there. Just a small amount of miscommunication there but we did move in on the 4th and so far are very happy and are having no problems! Would recommend.

By and large I think this is a good company to let...

By and large I think this is a good company to let your house or flat to. I had them managing my House for over ten years and during that time it was almost always occupied with tenants that paid the rent. They also very reasonable when it comes to do with re-decoration issues and sourcing cheap but reasonable things such as carpets and electrical appliances. If I had one issue it would be that the decor could have been in better condition when I took the property back. I will however say that the place had not had any work done to it in three years so I suppose I can't complain.

I tried to get an apartment through Home link, they tried to be nice initially, but later A.R discriminated. You have to be Asian or speak their language before you get a trouble-free apartment through them. You are a bit safe if you meet H. (white) in their office

I've been a tenant with Homelink for a couple of years now, I am glad to say renting a property for a family of five has been trouble free. Homelink have always been prompt in dealing with and resolving any problems over the years (Btw thanks for dealing with keys issue)!.Management are very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend them, especially to families with young children.

I am SO pleased with Homelink. They have been renting our properties for us for many years, always up to a high standard and then more recently we decided to sell one of our properties. It was only on the market a short while and Homelink found us a buyer quickly and now it has just been completed!. Thank you SO MUCH you have all been FAB!

Nothing gets done without the managers permission,...

Nothing gets done without the managers permission, so if he is off on holiday good luck getting anything fixed!!! They also left us with no heating or hot water for over 24 hours with a disabled child we had to sort it out ourselves.

Would not use again or recommend.
