Hands down the best patio furniture made. I have had a Homecrest patio set for almost 20 years...it could be older. It s been outside in snow, rain, extreme cold, extreme heat and it still looks new. Finally after 20 years one of the seams on a seat back just started to come apart. Which I m about to order a replacement. Which is also why I m on this site and while here thought I would leave a review.

Can t say whether or not the replacement slings are up to par as I did not receive and they were not shipped as of yet even though we are now past the 6 week window. They sure have no problem cashing the check right away but absolutely no communication after that. And when you do contact them they are rude and blame it all on their old computer system.

We have an outdoor patio set that came into my marriage with my wife and we ve been married 23 years; we re guessing the set is over 30 years old. Finally after 30 years we thought about a new set but opted for replacement slings. We had no idea what we owned so first step was the customer service department. I sent them a few pictures; they told me what I had and the part numbers for replacements. At this point I was already pretty amazed; seriously what company has replacement parts 30 years later? As long as I m on customer service I did call them about 10 years ago asking how I buy some of those little feet that protect the metal chair from rubbing the concrete. They just sent me new feet, no charge or even questions about when we bought it.

Now to the slings; they arrived in the quoted time and look amazing. We now have a new patio set that is really 30 years old.

They are certainly not the cheapest product on the planet but we are looking forward to our next 30 years.

NOT IMPRESSED!

NOT IMPRESSED!

Purchased 8 sling chairs & 4 ottomans & 4 loungers.
Two years later purchased 4 more matching sling chairs.
Just after the end of warranty period the 4 newer sling chairs totally deteriorated and ripped apart.
After 8 months of back and forth with our dealer. And no longer available style or colour. They said the would give a discount on new ones.
Also said they found a roll of the original colour in the warehouse but no longer able to recover our style of chair
Because they don t have the jig any longer.
All we can do now is let anyone know about the poor quality of product and service from this company.

My wife and I purchased a Kensington patio furniture set in 1995. Over 20 years later, we decided to replace the set versus replace the slings. It's amazing to us that the slings lasted 20 years - never having been stored indoors. We could have certainly gone a few more years with the current slings but it seemed like a good time to get something new and so we decided to replace the entire set (the old set is still being used by a family friend). Durability is actually our second most important criteria - comfort is first. On that front, we're as happy with our second Homecrest set as we were our first.

I purchased 9 pieces of Homecrest outdoor furniture to place around my swimming pool in 2005 through my local Longview, Texas dealer. In 2014 I had to replace the fabric slings on the chairs, which was a good life for fabric. The metal frames are all still sturdy and good as new EXCEPT for one outdoor table. Due to a design flaw which has since been corrected, the frame under a glass table top rusted out and failed. Homecrest, though, stood behind their 15-year frame warranty and replaced the table. Go Homecrest!!!
