Seth: Cautchy was a great help to me! My wife and I were stressed about our move from New York to Miami and he made sure that everything was taken care of. He took a full day for us to fly in and go see some homes and assisted in the buying process. I recommend him and Home61 to everyone I know!

I have to admit that I rarely give reviews, but for Fabio I had to make an exception. As many of you know, South FL is saturated with realtors and sometimes it's hard to find one who will go the extra mile for his/her clients. It's a scam company. Once you put in your information they harass you with text messages and phone calls that you didn't consent to. I'm looking to move into a house and I had signed up so that I could get more information about properties in the area, as soon as I did mind you that it's 8-9pm. I get a phone call and text from Stephanie saying she wanted to help. I let her know it's not appropriate to call clients at that hour and that I no longer wished to receive texts or phone calls. Next morning I get another text and phone call. Again asking which units I'm interested in and again I let her know that I'm not interested in text or phone calls at this time. Then another gentleman called from the same company calling me. Stephanie then texted me again saying that "I didn't need to lose my mind over this." This is how they treat clients. Again this company is a SCAM! Please don't give them your information or you'll end up with phone calls and text that you didn't consent to and who knows what information they will pass on to others.

I am so pleased with Home61 and the dedication to make everything work for the best. They take the time to help you find the right place. Always answer to my calls, text or emails, regardless work hours, weekends or night. They keep great constant comunication on every detail of the transaction. I will do business with them again in a hart beat. I recomend the great staff Mr. Brion and Ms Ash as to have high standards, responsible, work with integrity and honesty.

I recently moved to Miami from the Midwest and was fortunate enough to be put into contact with Home61 and Timothy O Hare. Despite being 1400 miles away, Timothy made the process easy, doing all the ground work for me and keeping me up to date on all the details every step of the way. Over the 3 weeks I worked with Timothy, we encounter several small hurtles while trying to find the perfect location for me. Never the less, Tim was professional, patient and courteous every step of the way. Thanks to him, I found my perfect location. Home61 is an ideal real estate agency in Miami. I stumbled upon the website through a Google search and theirs popped up. The Home61 website is beautiful in my opinion, its simple and extremely easy to use. After i sign up in order to look at properties, they gave you a description of the property, the school , the neighborhood and even what public transportation is near by. Who ever did this website Kudos to you!

I was interested in a few and ask to visit the property. What took me as a shocker is that I actually got assign a personal assistant, she emailed me and even called me to ask me a few questions on my criteria. She then assign me to a agent.

She gave him all my information, I have to say great teamwork because I did not have to repeat my self in what I have ask for in a property. He knew exactly what I was looking for.

In about 2 weeks I had a new place to live. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back when my lease is up or when I'm finally able to purchase my first home !
