I do not recommend this. Unfortunately for a few agents in that team all of them pay. But once a client has a complain about one Realtor, the manager cannot even solve anything, it seems that she does not even care about their clients, and she just said that whatever it is has to be done only with the agents because they are pretty much their own boss. I know that out there are a lot of good Realtor that unfortunately work in this company that I would be glad to work with but, because of the company that they represent I will never have the opportunity to give them a chance. Some of the bad ones think that they are the best thing in the world and "highly professional" and they do not even realize that everybody can be a Realtor, you do not even have to go to go to school to be one. As I said before there are good humble and truly professional ones that are always willing to help and give the best of them. Again I would never go again with Home Team of America, high fees and very low expectations. :(

BBB gives Home Team of America a F, does not accredit them, and acknowledges that they have 2 complaints filled against their business that they refuse to resolve. BBB also mentions they have problems with their homes and their advertising of their homes. I am displeased to say that Home Team of America are horrible, and possible trying to scam people with their homes for rent and homes for sale. We were looking to find a home and the property manager Jesse Haro would take pick up our call whisper "I'm busy call me back", then hang up. after 4 days I called the front office and the were able to send me a TAR form for the house. They wanted to charge us a non-refundable 200$ application fee for a married couple, and Jesse , their representative said he wouldn't review our application before running our credit. He said that because we were being difficult he decided that he wouldn't review our applications he was just gonna charge us 200$ run our credit and we'll find out in 48 hours what happens. unfortunately the front office is unable to help in anyway and was just pressured to take your money, continuously asking for money or a money order to be given to the company before they would look at the application with intentions of running your credit on a incomplete application. a complete application and additional application fee would then be required, its unfortunate when a few people ruin the reputations of everyone else at Home Team of America. beware of property management locations and property managers that condone scamming people for their applications fees and security deposits.

This office has amazing admin and broker support. The agents I have had the pleasure working with have all been very professional and knowledgeable. The agents have direct access to the broker at all times and you are a text away from legal counsel if needed. I am thrilled to have this sort of support during real estate transactions. Each one is very unique and you need years of knowledge to bounce things off of to solve problems.

Denver Lamburth is an excellent real estate agent! My agent was rushed to the hospital and had to have surgery before I was able to accept Denver's clients offer. He stepped in and we were able to complete and execute the necessary documents in a matter of minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you want a realtor that's a team player.

I recently purchased a home in San Antonio, and the listing agent was Noemi Fleming of Home Team of America. She did an excellent job representing the seller and was very accommodating to the buyer's needs. I only wish I had chosen her as my agent.

This is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. If you want to have your money stolen than by all means go and lose everything. I am referring to Michael Ramirez, Mary Turner and The Lambert's. They broke their real estate contract and were not forced or required to make the repairs that were listed in the contract. They did not maintain the home like they were supposed to. The previous owners took several items out of the house that were supposed to remain. They would not let our realtor do a walk through, it was the most dishonest underhanded transaction ever. They all acted on Bad Faith and forced us to sign something under duress knowing we would be homeless, as we had already sold our previous home. This is the most unethical business! I would never recommend this business to anyone especially Michael Ramirez or Mary Turner.
