They have a lot of great merchandise at low prices.
Where else can you go and buy a brand new pair of jeans for $8.00?

I was purchasing a area rug and needed assistance. I had trouble finding assistance. The prices are very reasonable but the merchandise is not top quality and you need to get it when they have it. When the item is gone,,,,it's gone.

I give them five stars now that they're closed down

They may have good prices but the store is gross!! Looks like they never clean maybe they should use some of there products and clean the place up!!

Ask employee for help and he acted as if I was bothering him.

I ordered and paid for 27 cases of oak hardwood flooring on February 21, 2016 (Customer # 40163, Order # 889153/P).
I also paid an extra $202 for delivery.

I was promised at that time that they will call me before Tuesday February 23 to schedule delivery.
That call never came.

I called the store on Thursday February 25th and spoke to a fellow named Doug. He promised to get back to me before the end of the day.
He never did.

I called the store again on Friday February 26 and spoke to Doug again. This time Doug assured me that they would deliver same day.
The delivery was made, but 4 boxes were missing.

I called the store yet again at 10:47 am and spoke with Doug, who promised to "look into it" and get back to me before 2:00 pm same day.
He never did.

When I called the store again on Monday February 29 (m y 5th call to the store), I spoke to Doug again, and he stated they were working on it.

On my 6th call to the store about my missing cases of wood, I spoke with the manager of the flooring section.
Needless to say, he was not much help either.

This is an absolutely DISGUSTING experience for me.

After 6 calls, I still do not have the wood I paid for.

AND THE STORE HAS NOT CALLED ME EVEN ONE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY DELAYED MY DELIVERY. Even though my phone number is on top of my receipt.

If this situation continues, I may be forced to escalate this matter.

Just got a call from the store manager who promised to address all my concerns.
Hopefully this will be resolved sooner rather than later.

I was looking for a rug for my bedroom. They had a nice selection and I bought the perfect one. Salesman was very helpful!

Reasonable prices for home remodel and repairs. Tons of carpet and flooring options.

Whenever I need anything we stop here first; albeit, decorating, furniture or remodeling. Great return policy with friendly assistants

Didn't really see many good deals, kind of low end store

This is no longer a discount store. I found most of out remodeling supplies cheaper at Menard's or walmasrt. What happened?

Great Prices and quality products. Randy helped the wife and I figure out a nice bathroom vanity/sink combo. Great service and a super nice guy. We will be back.

What began as a frustrating/confusing experience when we purchased our granite countertops turned out to be a great experience. We want to thank John, Tom and Doug for their help in getting this all figured out. I originally thought I would never be back but they certainly changed my mind!!

GREAT to see that bargains exist and quality items are easy to find there got to check out the flooring and other valuable home furnishing and great prices on everyday items also from laundry soaps 2/10 to furnitures two televisions kitchen cabinets outdoor furnishings candy children's items toys electrical and paint rugs and things you just don't find everywhere you go it's a one place stop great service which is a plus

You Will Never Know What You Might Find There, but It is Usually a Great Deal.

I've gone to HOBO a few times now. It's a bit out of my way, but the deals can make the trip well worth it. I've picked up nice ceramic tile for my mother-in-law's bathroom for a good price. I've also picked up some outdoor lighting at an excellent price. You may not always be able to find what you're looking for, but if you do, you're pretty much guaranteed to find it at a great price.

I'll continue to shop there.

Good place for budget shopping. Not going to find high end prices here. They have anything from cabinets to tile. Give them a look.
