I ordered and paid for 27 cases of oak hardwood flooring on February 21, 2016 (Customer # 40163, Order # 889153/P).
I also paid an extra $202 for delivery.
I was promised at that time that they will call me before Tuesday February 23 to schedule delivery.
That call never came.
I called the store on Thursday February 25th and spoke to a fellow named Doug. He promised to get back to me before the end of the day.
He never did.
I called the store again on Friday February 26 and spoke to Doug again. This time Doug assured me that they would deliver same day.
The delivery was made, but 4 boxes were missing.
I called the store yet again at 10:47 am and spoke with Doug, who promised to "look into it" and get back to me before 2:00 pm same day.
He never did.
When I called the store again on Monday February 29 (m y 5th call to the store), I spoke to Doug again, and he stated they were working on it.
On my 6th call to the store about my missing cases of wood, I spoke with the manager of the flooring section.
Needless to say, he was not much help either.
This is an absolutely DISGUSTING experience for me.
After 6 calls, I still do not have the wood I paid for.
AND THE STORE HAS NOT CALLED ME EVEN ONE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY DELAYED MY DELIVERY. Even though my phone number is on top of my receipt.
If this situation continues, I may be forced to escalate this matter.

Just got a call from the store manager who promised to address all my concerns.
Hopefully this will be resolved sooner rather than later.
