Eddie and Tommy are great to work with they go the extra mile which can make or break a real estate deal. I went through 2 other lenders who kept pulling my credit and lowered my score drastically, they worked with me and helped me to raise my score so I can get a conventional loan instead of a FHA. I wouldn't use anyone else .

As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Chelsea and Eddie were so helpful and quick to respond! They re also extremely personable which put us at ease through the process. We bought right before the COVID-19 shutdown, and when we asked to close early, they delivered. We still can t believe how seamless the process was. They helped us get into our first home, and made it a great experience in the process! We couldn t recommend them more!

I almost went with an online lender but I am very happy I went with Home Lending Source. They were always professional and responsive. I had an issue with the appraisal and was able to switch to a different lender with ease and with the same interest rate I had locked in previously. Closing proceed on time and I could have moved it up.

While my loan was not completely unusual, there were a few details that were overlooked by the loan company - but not Eddie. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient - I have had many home mortgage experiences in my day - this was, by far, the best. Frankly, I tried using my own bank - where I am a "preferred" customer - to get the loan. A big mistake - constant requests for more and more documents. HLS stopped the madness and got the job done!
