Nurses call way too early only to arrive hours later. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at their offices. Medical supplies orders take a very long time to arrive only to contain the wrong items. I was not impressed with their services by any means.
Terrible company!! Numerous mistakes have been made in regards to scheduling my husband's visits to making errors with his blood tests!!! I have been patient and professional and they still made a mistake this morning. Fired them and will continue his home care with another agency. Do not hire them!!! Gail from Salem NH
My brother had bypass surgery was discharged on a Thursday and was told by the doctors he would have VNA and Pt the next day. They called and told him they were working on a schedule and would get back to him. Well he s called his doctor and they called again and said they were still working on a schedule. This is inexcusable. I used to be proud of the fact that I worked for the hospice division of this company. I m now glad I have retired.

If I could give this place a negative start I would! I called to see how I can start a career in this agency! The lady did not allow me to speak! She said I was being rude, because I simply asked to speak with someone else! She said that people who speak Spanish are not allowed to work here! DO NOT WORK HERE! They are very rude and could possibly be racist!
We used these services for my grandmother who passed away recently. When her time did finally come, the nurse had my aunts - meaning my grandmother's DAUGHTERS - be the one to conduct post mortem care on her. THEIR OWN MOTHER. While the 'nurse' just stood there and supervised. This is absolutely deplorable. If I could give a 0 star, I would. This is no way to treat a grieving family.
Shockingly inept. Have not managed to send a single physical therapist or occupational therapist per Dr orders after several days of "scheduling issues." Have also failed to send a nurse for multiple days consecutively. This agency was selected for me by the hospital I was at to provide post-op care following a major surgery. I was not involved in the selection process, however I will never recommend this agency to anyone. Seriously, find *anyone* else. This agency cannot be relied upon to administer care to you or your loved ones in a timely manner, or any manner at all. I have been left in an unsafe situation for multiple days consecutively by this agency.
