Appliance Delivery No Show TWICE. Took off two days and no Washer/Dryer. Worst customer service possible. Do Not Use this company. Home Depot delivery company. Don't buy appliances from Home Depot.

Run, don't walk away from them. Home Depot hired them to deliver and install our Bosch washing machine. After a month of waiting for the delivery (I don't think it was the delivery companies doing) they show up with the machine, and then advise us that they can't install it because we have a dryer stacked on top of the washing machine we're replacing. Well yeah, that's how they sit. "Well we can't remove it." I asked the delivery person to get the office on the phone, and the woman who answered couldn't have been nastier. We told them to take the machine with them and then canceled our order. Called PC Richards, spoke with Moe, and we had the same make/model delivered AND installed in 2 days. Home Delivery America SUCKS!

If I could give negative stars I would. Because of their affiliation with this delivery service, I will never order an appliance from Home Depot again. On the first attempt they showed up at about 6PM and said that since it was dark and they couldn't fit in the driveway (they could) they didn't want a car to run into them on the street and they would have to reschedule delivery of the washer and dryer for a daytime appointment.

They rescheduled for a week later. We get a day time appointment between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. It snowed the night before so they decided they weren't doing any deliveries that day. The problem is, they didn't call to notify us so we sat at home all day until finally we called to find out what was up and they said they would put us on the schedule for the next day. The next day comes, no call and nobody shows up.

It has been a month and a half since we ordered the washer and dryer and still don't have it. If you live in an area serviced by this company do not order an appliance from Home Depot. That's my advice.

Delivery person lied stating he rang the bell but no answer. I was sitting om my steps at the whole time. When asked what bell they rang, said 3rd floor which there are no 3rd floor and delivery is for the 1st floor. Call the main number and person answering lied about me calling 3 times before and lied about talking time. Also, was hung upon. Will write to corporate office about this matter.

I got the plumber and they told me nothing was wrong & nothing was stopping them from completing my install. They cost me unnecessary funds and they refuse to reimburse me.

The only reason I m giving a star is because I have no choice with this Google system. The delivery men refused to go up three flights of stairs, three grown man scared to work! Then a supervisor tells me, it s company policy that they re not allowed to go up five flights. I told her it was three and they insisted it was five because they were coming from the parking area. I asked her to send me a link to the company policies and rudely hung up on me. Do the best you can to stay away from this company they hire a bunch of liars and people are scared to work!

These people did not take my order off of the truck or make an attempt to bring my refrigerator into my house. They said it couldn't fit in my door which was wrong. They reported to the dispatcher, Francisco that I could not make a decision what to do. They just left with my refrigerator without my consent and Francisco made false notifications on my delivery that I was not answering after several attempts to call my phone. I was outside with the delivery men the whole time. I still don't have a refrigerator

Washer came on time, driver called ten minutes before he arrived and both gentlemen were polite, professional and quick.

The worst delivery experience EVER. Be aware Home Depot uses them as third party delivery and installer. Got a phone call a day before and the delivery was supposed to be between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. I am SUPPOSEDLY going to get a call an HOUR prior to the delivery- NEVER GOT A CALL. I called them on the delivery day at 11:00 AM. The lady said the delivery is going to be between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM- okay that is fine. The delivery man supposedly called me at 1:24 PM - LIE!! I got a call from unknown number at 12:54 PM - which i missed because it was unknown number no voicemail nothing- so i can never tell they called. At 1 PM I go out of my house to move my cars from the driveway and saw I have got SORRY MISSED YOU tag hanging at my door. Called the company and the time was 1:07 PM. On the note it was written 2:10 PM ( wow this guy surely had time machine). The lady supposedly trying to reach dispatch team and kept me putting on hold. The next delivery date is on 30th of december. First- i will never buy from HOME DEPOT again though they are very reliable store but I was wrong. They should have definitely hire a more reliable company if they want to keep their customers happy and retain them. This company has very unprofessional staff - if you go for delivery at anybody's home 1) RING THE DOORBELL ( we do this even though we are expected or invited) 2) TRY CALLING AGAIN ( give a courtesy call ) 3) LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE (if you called someone and they don't pick up leave your name and number).

LAST MOST IMPORTANT - DONT LIE- DONT USE TIME MACHINES AND LEAVE A NOTE FROM FUTURE.

I have been in retail and customer service for over 20 years and have never seen such an utter disregard for customers. The delivery guys just don't care about you, the customer, or what you paid for, services or products.

Absolutely horrible. They contract out with Home Depot for delivery of appliances but do not actually do their job. We live in an apartment, paid additional money for the shipment + carry away and they argued about the stairs, installation and delivery. We have had them attempt to deliver the product on 3 separate occasions and they have refused to complete the delivery each time. They find every excuse in the book to not bring the appliance up our stairs. I do not understand how they have this contract with Home Depot, as they cannot complete a delivery and clearly have had repeated issues with other orders (as indicated by the other reviews). Absolutely the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Which is totally false.

When I did a 3 way call with HomeDepot, the customer care person hanged up me when she realized HomeDepot was on the line and she was telling the lies about the cancellation saying that homedepot cancelled the order.

Worst delivery company in the world. They deliver for Best Buy, Home Depot and JC Penny in NJ. Don t make the mistake of buying from any company who outsources delivery to this company. I had so many issues with them it led to me cancelling my order and wasting a month of my time. Even JC Penny admitted to me that this company sucks and they have high number of complaints. JC Penny advised me to cancel my order purely due to Home Deliver America.

I ordered from Home Depot and they refused to install the new item or remove the old item even though it was on record that we paid for it. Were rude over the phone, then made us wait over a week for them to come back, only for them to refuse installation again. This company is trash.

Awful company up and down, they take over a week to get a COI even after calling them everyday to ask for the status. They say it'll be ready by tomorrow. The night before delivery day they said to call back tomorrow morning since the person who handles COI left for the day. I get a call from the delivery person at 6:30am saying they are going to be there in 30 minutes, even though the delivery window is from 8AM-4PM. I need to call HD to reschedule because of this company's incompetence.

I ordered a GE Monogram Rangetop and GE chose Home Delivery America to deliver and install the item. The delivery folks are very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude. They think that doing their job to deliver and install an item is also a favor to the customer. The manner in which they installed was very rough on the kitchen and guys seemed misfit for the job. I am surprised why a company like GE will chose these folks because these folks do a significant damage to their reputation and that too on their premium brand (GE Monogram).

HOME DEPOT, PLEASE FIRE! delivery window from 12-5, and at 9pm they called me to reschedule. This happened TWICE. So two days wasted, and no delivery. Was delivering to an investment property, not where I live so I just wasted 20 hours of my life to get nothing done. Very Very Very rude phone support screaming at me that they cannot tell me an estimate of when the truck will come. Paid on the home depot website to have my toilet installed, and the driver told me he does not install anything in the 5 boroughs of NYC because its against the law. So why do you charge me for installation and then refuse to install it?

Let me start by saying, I am livid. Beyond belief....

Let me start by saying, I am livid. Beyond belief. Scheduled a delivery through Home Depot on the 24th of November, for today, the 9th of December. I had options for an an earlier date, but it's peak season and I also work in customer service. On Thursday, the 7th, I receive an automated phone call for my reminder for today. On Friday, yesterday, the 8th, i recieve another automated call with a reminder and the time frame of 8am to 12pm.

I get up early to empty my fridge. I have already set up with my landlord to remove my old fridge. I missed a phone call around 7:25 am, but saw it around 7:38am. I listen to my voicemail....a few seconds into the message, I am angry. Why? The gist: we know you have a delivery schedule for today between such and such time. However, we are calling to let you know we don't have your item and your fridge won't be delivered today. Our next available date is December 21st.

I laughed with so much sarcasm to subdue the rage building up inside. It's just a fridge, you say. My time is valuable. My time is worth something. I picked a date in which I knew I could be available. I emptied out my fridge. My time wasted because a company uses an automated system and doesn't revive items until the day before delivery. I honestly don't care how it works for you. You have now wasted the time I made available and the people I asked to be available to accomadate my not being available for other things.

No day other than today would have been acceptable because otherwise, why give me the option of choosing a date? Then to tell me that today is off the table altogether. That today would not do at all because the truck already left and they can't do much about that.

So now, I have no option than to set up another day in which I am needed at work to be available for a day in which they can work with me. Lol. Based on all the 1 stars I saw when searching for this company tells me everything I need to know about my own situation.

#HomeDepot might want to find another company to work with. While I appreciate the help from the manager at my local Home Depot for doing everything she can, I am a very unhappy, disappointed, and most definitely angry customer. However, thanks Germa at Home Depot, for reaching out quickly and working fast to see what can be done. I appreciate you.

And Annie, the manager/supervisor at Home Delivery America in Union, while you probably deal with kind of stuff regularly, it is just as much your responsibility to make sure customers get their items on the schedule time. Do what it takes. It's possible to have gotten my delivery today, but when you strictly follow a procedure that allows your customers to be inconvenienced, you allow for such terrible reviews.

As a manager myself, I have gone above for situations that are not at the fault of customers. While we are not at fault for most situations, it is our duty to our customers to do the absolute best for them.

I pray you guys find a better system. Sincerely.

Stay far away from this company and deny them to install. They are incompetent and damage your home! I had an outlet ripped out of my wall during a wall oven install because "the cord was too short". They also broke the shelves in the cabinet above the oven. Because I signed the Purchase order I was denied a claim even though the damage to the shelves weren't really seen until after they left when I tried to put the items back in!
The installers tried putting a piece on backwards, which was very obviously wrong, without even look at the manual. They were very condescending to me from the start.

Why am I not surprised at all the terrible reviews. They have missed a Saturday delivery twice in two weeks and used the same excuse. "We're outside the address and we tried calling." What ever happened to ringing the door bell? Also they cover their tracks by saying "well doesn't your house look like this?", like nobody's heard of Google Earth! We've had such a great experience dealing with General Electric, where we bought our new appliances. Just wish that they would use an outside vendor that's more professional.
