So we had to bring our son to the ER 9;40PM. With a broken finger. We always come to Holy Name Hospital all our doctors work here. We always remember this hospital to everyone. It's an amazing place. Unfortunately tonight the treeosh Nurse Julia Lee was really rude and as a matter of fact attitude. Thankfully she wasn't the attending Nurse. The Doctor and xray technician Gio as always amazing and caring. It's fortunate that we know the standards of this Hospital and the outstanding care and service give to patients and families. So I hope that a nursing supervisor has a conversation with Nurse Lee and her
demeanor and lack of bedside manner. We ar always grateful to this Hospital.

Thank you to the staff of Holy Name Medical Center ED and Lobby North for my mom s excellent care.

Special THANK YOU to Nina Lizaso, transitional care nurse for taking care of my mom s home care needs. You did in less than one day what I had been asking for for the past several weeks. You re awesome! We need more people like you.

My grandmother was admitted into the hospital after suffering a stroke. She ended up in the ER and was shorty pulled into surgery. After 2 1/2 hours, one of the doctors came out to discuss issues about the surgery and said that they were finishing up. She explained that the actual surgeon would come back out to discuss in further details about the next steps. After about 2 more hours of waiting, one radiology technician noticed that we had been sitting there for a while. Thank God for his empathy. He asked the name of the patient and checked what the situation was. He apologized and informed us that they had taken her to the ICU an hour ago. It was no way the technician s fault. He was not assigned to the care of my grandmother but he was just attentive to our family. I am so thankful for him. The rest of the staff that handled the care of my grandmother was less than subpar. It is absolutely ridiculous to not be informed about the end of the surgery or about her being moved an hour prior. It is unacceptable that no one came out to talk to us especially the doctor that performed the surgery. I am beyond upset and do not recommend this hospital to anyone. The lack of empathy and care is beyond me. The only positive experience was the technician by the name Andre. If it weren t for Andre, I am sure we would have waited there until the morning.

I went this morning for MRI to Holy Name. I had a wonderful experience. I met Jackie Ritcher, she performed my MRI. She is kind, sweet and professional. I am always afraid of being lock up into tube, but I went to the big room with a new MRI machine. But Jackie was unbelievable. She made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Jackie see you next time

I would first off like to thank all of the nurses and staff in the labor and delivery department for taking such amazing care of me during my 4 day stay there. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and sent there to have an induction by my obgyn. As soon as I got there they took me right in and escorted me to a labor and delivery room. The room was clean and spacious and very well sanitized. The staff of nurses taking care of me were very informative about how they were going to induce my labor. Every single nurse I had thru every shift was pleasant, professional and diligent. Everytime I called they came quickly and assisted me with what I needed done. They tried 2 different techniques to try and induce my labor... seeing my frustration that nothing was happening they informed my doctor quickly who came and broke my water. Once my water broke my labor went into hyper speed and the contractions started strong and quickly. They were very patient with me as far as my short and some what unpleasant responses and called for the anesthesiologist promptly for my epidural. She was amazing and patient as well and did not hurt me what so ever. She explained the entire procedure from start to finish. Once I was given it i was able to rest for about 15 minutes and when I told my husband and the nurse to get my doctor because I felt a natural urge to push they did very promptly. When I was checked by my doctor and informed it was indeed time the nurses who coached me thru the labor process kept me calm and encouraged me so well as a first time mom that I had my daughter in 25mins. After my daughters birth and when I was transferred to another room the nurses I had were amazing and took such amazing care of me and my baby. They answered any questions I had and helped with whatever I needed. When it was time to be discharged as I was being wheeled out I thanked them all for their care and they all waved with big smiles on their faces and gave me a heart warming good bye. Their staff pediatrician was also very informative and kind and told me my baby was in perfect health. The only complaint I have about this hospital is the food but let's be honest what hospital has food that's good. Personally if I have another child I will definitely be going back to holy name to deliver.

I was a patient there from 7/24/19 to 8/22/19 (29 days). I stayed on 6 Marian , and the Nursing, PCT and Physical Therapy staff could NOT have taken better care of me for my duration. This was the most professional staff that I have ever had, while staying in a hospital. They made it very hard for me to leave, because they made me feel safe and at home. I grew very fond of each and every one of them. There was not one single thing, in 29 days, that I could say, went wrong or was not done properly. Thank you everybody for your care and professionalism. I will miss all of you BUT, you will see me again as a visitor this time. Just listen for "The Music". Thank you again!!

Nicole is the best nurse on the ongyn floor. She gave me nothing but great vibes excellent care and all-around excellent service. Dr.Ajjain is also one of the best OBGYNs there . I had a baby at a very young age and he made she i was in good hands. However the other staff were very lazy, Rude , impolite, and treated me like a second class citizen.

No one called me back and followed up. I am still fighting over the bill from their irresponsible mammogram procedure. They passed their responsibility to other departments and they said they don't know what to do. They don't know how to solve the problem. Is it hospital or small store? How come NO ONE follows up, don't pick up my phone, ignore my message, and just having the bill company send a bill? Speechless. It doesn't matter about the bill amount. Their whole organization just made me pissed off.
DO NO GO THERE FOR MAMMOGRAM! It is better to use a local small facility.

After bringing a loved one to the ER for detox, who wasn t showing any withdrawal symptoms yet, and I stayed in the ER for 3 hours, I was told the next morning that they do not have a detox program and would have to go somewhere else. What a waste of time!
