Richard Dawkins (Rick) worked with me to find what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was personable, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the various models and features. He was also courteous without pressuring me into anything. Best experience by far that my family and I have had at a car dealership.
Holler Honda service center has never failed me or family with all of our cars. Went in for a regular oil change and then ended up getting my breaks and rotors replaced. Now my brakes are squeaky free. Steven Molina was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process (I asked a million questions). He kept it very real and made me comfortable with leaving my car with them. He even helped get me out in time to get to my next appointment.

This has been my first dealership that I have purchased my vehicle at; and ever since then I had excellent customer service with this dealership. From time to time I do get service on my Honda accord sport, Drew Craig (Service advisor) has been very patient and very understanding when it came to situations I had with my vehicle; I've had nothing but excellent customer service from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get into a Honda. I would also recommend this dealership when it comes to sales as well, the sales representatives here are not pushy in sales and actually look for the best deals for you. I went to buy a 2021 Honda Pilot for my wife, after trying it and deciding to buy it they told us that we had to buy floor mats separately, we asked them to please include it in the purchase and they decided to lose the sale of a new car before giving us away The floor mats, the truth is not that I would mind paying 200 dollars more for them, it is just that I think it is very bad customer service, we did not ask for a discount on the car, we only asked that they include the floor mats, we asked the seller to speak with the manager and He told us the same thing that they could not include it because he would have to pay for it out of pocket, well, it seems incredible to me that they lose the sale of a new car for only 200 dollars.
Took my car in because the start button wasn t working properly. Turns out there was a recall on it. I called to make an appointment which was quick and easy. The second I show up, I was greeted and notified Noel (my rep I was assigned to) I have arrived. Right away he came outside to start the paperwork process. He already knew about the recall and pulled the info up on his computer. Didn t have to show him a letter for proof. The techs took the car to work on it and Noel informed me he will notify me once my car is ready. I decided to do my homework while waiting but my car was ready in less than two hours. I am impressed. I was anticipating on hanging around for at least four hours like other mechanic shops. But nope! They handed me my key and I was off!!! Best experience ever!!! The staff were so nice and professional! I will definitely go back to Noel for my next service.
Went here after many visits to other dealerships. I was having a hard time finding the right car and the right service. I decided to give Holler Honda a try. Pedro immediately helped me out and went over and beyond to find a car in my price range and that I liked. If I could give more stars I would. Also a big shout out to Raymond and Eric.
