Our family enjoyed staying there. Our 1 bedroom standard villa was a beauty. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful to us. We will definitely take more vacations anywhere that is a part of diamond resorts. Thank you very much to the mystic dunes staffing
Very nice place. Very clean the people where very nice. The golf course was excellent. The kids loved the pools. The room was very clean and had everything you need in it.
Super clean facilities, nice people, great pools. Will definitely try to come back! Thanks for the great vacation. Only complaint is some rowdy neighbors, but that's not the resorts fault.
Love it. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I have a two bedroom and had plenty of space. Love the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. Property grounds are very well kept. Peaceful environment. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
We had a nice 6 bedroom condo. Our own private pool/ hot tub. Great location close to everything. Condo was in good condition. Not prefect condition but for what needed it was great! Clubhouse pool area is really nice.
Excellent accommodations, with some free meals, spacious rooms & Apartments for all size Families.
The pools are beautifully kept also, with high standards for cleanliness & decor, availability of rooms, & well equipped spaces like Kitchens, Bathrooms, Jacuzzis, screened in porches, the very well kept Grounds & available Staff everywhere makes this accomodation very close to 5 star place. I am just waiting for the new policy to kick in, where your Family members can also stay for $100. A night, for a 3 bedroom spot with a minimum of ??? How many nights? 3, or 4? I loved it. Wishing i had more time to enjoy all the amenities they offered.
I went with my Cousins, it was their Reservation, now I want to take more of our Family there too, ...

ABSOULTELY the best time ever!! Patricia at the front desk was AMAZING! Liz at the Pool bar was amazing and was so fun!! The room was beautiful, clean and stocked well! My two year old locked the bathroom door a few times and security was fast and helpful also!

No no no and NO!! Unless you want to wake up at 2:00 a.m. and think it's time to get up because there is a spotlight right outside the bedroom window :( and then of course there's not one piece of comfortable furniture to sit or lay on !! And to top it off their sales people will insult and belittle you and not let you leave when it's time to leave wrong!! Too bad they had a good paying customer I will never be back!! I would have never signed a contract there but I might have come back to one of the other properties and enjoyed it and paid full price which you can do
We love staying here!! It s an awesome resort with good prices. Parking is convenient and close. There is security patrolling the property so it s safe. The location is great, there are stores and restaurants within a mile of the property. The staff members are friendly and helpful. We will continue to vacation here
This place is so nice. We had the 3 bedroom condo it was perfect for 7 people. The place is clean 4 pools were great, basketball court for my son it is such a great set up. The full kitchen was great and super to have laundry in our place so we didn't have to come home wit a suitcase of dirty laundry. Would stay again. Only down side was pool only open until 9 wish it was 11 after we came home from parks we wanted to swim late.
