I'm very happy with the A/C system Holland Heating put in for me. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more professional team than Damon & Piper! They were great! They gave me information and helpful tips for maintanence. This put me at ease and it was much needed as I was stressed because my husband had recently passed away and we had always made decisons together, plus, he took care of maintenance. I would definitely recommend Holland Heating and Damon & Piper!

Todd and Nick were our technicians to replace our AC unit (job #RA704195) on April 19th. They were extremely courteous and professional. They got to work right away and finished in a good amount of time. I am a mother of two small children and they were very accommodating to their needs, such as keeping the basement door closed at all times and not leaving anything around that could be potentially harmful to them. The new unit is working great so far and I am very glad we chose to work with this company!

TJ and Aaron took on a big project of omitting an old woodstove furnace and outdated Carrier furnace, to install a new Trane furnace and we could not be happier with everything.
TJ and Aaron were careful, polite, thorough, well educated in their field... cannot not ask for more than that. At the end of the day, they explained the mechanics of the new furnace and thermostat to be sure that my husband and I understood. Cleaned up everything, took all the waste along with them, picked up their drop cloths that left my floors looking like nothing had gone on that day.
The house has no more cold spots or temperature fluctuations, the furnace is whisper quiet. We love it and feel secure knowing we bought a quality piece of equipment and it was installed correctly. Thank you again!

The Technicians Bart and Ryan are amazing to deal with, they were super nice, very professional, and did an awesome job putting in my new furnace and air conditioning unit. Holland Heating installed a new furnace for us on May 18, 2018. They did great work, very fast and efficient, the tec's were awesome, helpful and friendly... Well I must say they are a great company. We had new furnace and
A/C put in at a timely fashion very professional. Great price. But I do have to say I gave a 4 out of 5 stars do to one of the guys moving to fast an drilled in to my cable cord and for got to relight are hot water tank. Again not a big deal we called there 24 hr after hrs and they came out and fix it no problem. Must say they are good at what they do. Again best heating and cooling company in my opinion.

Billy and Trevor not only did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner and home generator, they updated the old wiring into the furnace, bringing it all up to current code. They answered the many questions I had about my care of the existing Aprilaire and furnace and their filters, they showed me the particular pipe into the furnace where I could add 1/2 cup of vinegar every 6 months to keep everything running clean. They also suggested I may want to sign up for a new program Holland will be offering for annual checkups on all my heating/cooling systems. I am especially grateful for that - one less thing to be concerned about. These two men took care to cover my carpet because it was a particularly cold, muddy day. They are hard workers, work well together and keep moving - no breaks for these two Oh yes, they also installed a new thermostat and took time to show me how to use it. They used rocks I had, to place around the generator to blend in with existing landscape. I can't say enough about my experience with Holland and their superior employees. Want a quality job done? They came out on New Year's Eve fix furnace. Clean up some valve so I won't have any more problem. I. Have new furnace only blown fuses. Didn't know there was fuses there.

Damon and Josh did an outstanding job of installing our new Lennox system. Everything's very neat and tidy. Damon's pvc pipe work is a thing of beauty. The guys cleaned up everything, and were very polite and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to call Holland again.

Had a great install by Bart and Jacob on the 15th of June and Charlie went above and beyond for the sale. There's a reason they have so many positive reviews and ratings.

Damen & EJ were very professional and did a great job installing a new furnace & AC for us on 9-30-2015. Both were very pleasant and helpful in discussing options and addressing the concerns I had on the project. The duo worked fast and efficiently to complete a quality job while being neat & respectful of our property. No regrets in choosing Holland Heating & Cooling.

I filled out Home-Depot's In home free estimate form online and they gave the lead to Holland Heating and Cooling, I was also informed I would be contacted by a representative to set-up a day and time, hours went by and nothing. Then got another email from Home-Depot asking if they contacted me yet, and if not to call them. But I am sorry if that online lead that was just handed to them and they didn't want my money then obviously I am not important to them being a day later and still nothing This is a sure thing. being the condenser is shot and needs to be replaced. Yes I understand it is busy season for this and was not expecting a estimator same day or anything; hell 2 weeks from now would have been cool but not even a call?

EDIT: Funny I leave this review and would you believe that they finally called to set-up an appointment hmm....

The Technicians that installed my cooling equipment, Cliff and Cramer, were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Also very understanding with my slow movements, as I had surgery only two days prior to them coming to install equipment. I would recommend Holland Heating to anyone that is in need of heating and cooling service. Damon and Paul worked all day in a cramped Michigan basement, with little headroom at the base of the stairs, to install my new furnace. Their work ethic and knowledge was excellent as well as their positive attitudes. They thoroughly explained the operation of the furnace, thermostat and how to change the filter. They especially touched my heart with the kindness they showed toward the bird nest in my chimney. They carefully removed it and relocated it to another area in the yard. I always say that a product is only as good as the service you get. Just so you can know, Holland Heating is the best service I have ever had. The technicians, Roger Lintz & Jeff Pratt have gone out of their way to solve my coding problem and have always shown respect for my home by being very careful with tools and removing or covering their shoes. Since they have to walk around in other's homes and yards, not knowing what they may track in to another's home, this is a very respectful consideration of our home. I did receive top-notch service! Had a new furnace, coil, and air conditioner installed. Started at 9am, Kevin and Justin removed the old units, positioned the new air conditioner exactly where I wanted. Half way through, Levell came to help with mortar on the chimney, sealed the existing holes. Kevin and Levell did beautiful work on the duct work, feels amazing to have a new furnace. Justin setup our new thermostat, ensured that both heating and cooling functioned, cycling the units. Even gave a heads up on the new smell, first run on new units, was not bad at all. These guys went over every aspect of the entire system, were polite and kept at it, exceptional job, long day and I will continue to go through them, also recommend their work. Very pleased with Bart and Mike. They know their stuff (job# RA806180 on 6-18-18). They just installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner, humidifier and wireless thermostat. It was one of the hottest days of the year - not a great day to replace the air - but never the less they were troopers. Eleven hours later, the old was out and the new was in. As luck would have, the weather cooled down. Nevertheless, very happy we made the decision to go with Holland and enjoyed the heck out of your sales rep Charlie. Felt good about the whole experience.

Regarding Generator Installation: Terry and Piper came out as a rescheduled job (8/6/2018)with no idea what they had ahead of them. They first had to figure out which supplies were needed and go to get them and the generator. They stayed until after 7PM, finishing the job in the rain. They were very professional and when they left there was no trash or mess for us to deal with. Everything was explained to us and we would definitely recommend Holland Heating and Cooling. It was a pleasure working with Jeff, the sales guy and Piper and Terry!

Thanks to Cliff and Piper for doing an amazing job on installing our new AC unit!! They were VERY friendly and professional. When they left our house and yard were left in very clean condition. All 3 of these men took time to explain everything and make sure we didn t have any questions or concerns by the time they left!!!

Excellent job on the furnace, AND they found a gas leak another contractor had left from a generator install! I could not be more pleased with the way Bart & Aaron cared to ensure my house was left SAFE. I would recommend them every time, and will use no other company.

Just had my annual furnace cleaning done by Holland Heating's technician , Jeff Pratt. Service was excellent, He took time to answer all my questions and was very thorough in cleaning everything and providing advice to keep my Trane furnace in top running condition. I was very impressed with the response time to my request for service, as well as the professionalism that Chris B displayed during the service call he made to my home. He took me step-by-step during the repair process and also explained to me how the furnace worked. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and I was very impressed with his thoroughness. I would definitely recommend Holland for all of your heating and cooling needs and will possibly be calling them in the future with regards to installing a new heating system.

My furnace went out sometime late Saturday night. Sunday had to call someone. Tony DiGenova came out early morning. I found him to be pleasant and very effective. A little sticker shock at the cost, but thats not his fault.

Prompt, professional, clean. Matt, Josh, Andy and Josh did a wonderful job.

First they called and asked if I canceled. Second they came charged 107$ for 10 min of work which I would have been ok with then they give me an estimate 500$ yes I said 500$ dollars for a 10$ part that they wanted 406$ for and another 100$ to put it in less than 20 min for over 600$ I would never use this company. They take advantage of people. Crooks is the word I would use. They should be ashamed of them selves. And one day they will be judged for it. Hope this helps someone out from being hurt.

Unexpectedly our furnace and a.c. decided to die on us. I was very nervous in the beginning not knowing what to expect. However when the crew showed up to my home on 8.14.17 they were very professional and compassionate. 6/13/16: Aaron and Ted did a great job installing our new Goodman air conditioning unit. They were right on time, got the job done efficiently and effectively, and were simply nice people I trusted to be in my home.

UPDATE 8/7/18: Aaron and Ted didnt bother to replace the 30 year old plastic drainage line that runs 30 ft down my basement. 2 weeks ago, I had to go into my basement after getting home from having SURGERY to flip the breakers back on, and repair the line temporarily while vacuuming up about 100 gallons of water.
Then, when I call them out to see if they can replace any parts damaged in the process through warranty, they wrote me an estimate for a $2900 repair, and told me Goodman wont warranty parts that got wet...because of their negligence!
One part in particular, the blower motor, wasn't even damaged (the most expensive part of the job? hmmmm.) I replaced a $5 Omron 24v relay that was CLEARLY burnt, and I now have soothing cold air again, no thanks to the scamming quick fixers at Holland Heating.
If I chose to sue them I'd win, because they failed to complete a 4k job when they left a 30 year old yellowed and cracking hose, which is a vital part.

On 12/22/17 Cliff, Billy and Howie installed a new furnace. On 6/12/18 Todd Howie and Andrew installed a new air conditioning unit. On 10/1/18 Piper and Terry installed a whole house generator. All of the employees were timely, professional and courteous and friendly. My account number is 4194.

On 6/25/19, we had our furnace and central A/C replaced (job#906255) by Holland Heating. The entire process was truly a pleasure. The gentleman in Home Depot was very personable and not at all "pushy". Jeff Lee, our salesperson, made us feel very comfortable, listened to our needs, made appropriate suggestions and came up with a final $$ figure that we were comfortable with. Cliff and Justin, our installers, were very professional and knowledgeable. They called before they came, arrived on time as promised, worked steadily but not hurried and paused to address our concerns and questions. When all was completed, they took the time to go over everything with full instructions. Thank you Home Depot and especially Holland Heating for a job well done and a very happy customer.

Technicians we're friendly and helpful. They trouble shot our furnace and got it working. Installed AC and changed out water heater. If I asked any questions they explained what they were doing and how they were going to do it.

June 28th, 2018 new hot water tank, YAH! The Holland Tech: Frank, Aron and Andrew did a fantastic job on work order RA806286. From carrying the tank down the basement stairs to climbing the roof on a hot day. Plus Frank was honest about the fact our old tank was used and the sellers of our house informed us it was new and vent all wrong and not up to code. Just happy everything was done right! We had the pleasure of having Randy Phillips come out to our home. Before his arrival, we were unsure if we were going to replace our A/C and furnace, just the A/C or possibly just fix the A/C. With his assurance and expertise, we decided to just replace the (29 year old) A/C unit and we could not be happier with the service so far! We are pending install at the moment but I feel confident in writing this review before the job is completely finished. It was the most seamless and stress free process! We did not feel pressured into absolutely anything and he was extremely patient every step of the way and didn't try to sell/up sell us something that was unnecessary to our needs or wants. We couldn't be happier with our choice in choosing Holland Heating and Cooling!
