Holiday Inn, Ithaca, NY, US Review

Very new hotel with great friendly service. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are great! It's a new Holiday Inn.

Great newly remodeled hotel, entrance is a little small but has a nice large parking lot in back. Rooms are well appointed with a lovely stall shower, great for tall guests. Personnel was welcoming and very helpful.

Excellent room and service and internet. Awesome shower and bed.

Just checked into 2 queen studio suite. AMAZING! Also can t wait to check out free cookies saltwater pool and breakfast. The WiFi is good too. We are IHG rewards club members and this is the best holiday inn express property we have ever stayed in.

The hotel is nice but the front desk staff is not helpful. I forgot something in my room and called to see if they could ship it to me. The front desk lady said I needed to email the list and found person. Being on a plane and having to go in airplane mode, I asked her to please contact the lost and found for me. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to her and was short and rude. My guess is I ll never see my forgotten item again.

Very clean, pool is great, and breakfast was great

The hotel is great and all, but holy herrings! Their complimentary house brewed coffee is worth the nightly rate in and of itself.

Parking lot and front entrance area leaves a lot if room for improvement. I realize their space is limited, but trying to get a stretch limousine into, through the lot and around to the front entrance canopy leaves a lot to be desired!!! Some arrows would be helpful as other drivers seem not to know which way to go for entrance in or exit out!!!

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a roomy shower. Only complaint was our room was located in the front of the building next to the busy street and we heard cars and tractor trailers hitting the pothole in the road at all hours of the night. It was annoying but my only issue with our stay.

Clean, comfortable, well run, well located for running outdoors, modern and friendly. Not super fancy. It's a five star in its value category, not across all hotels.
