Appropriate location Classical room of the chain. Adequate service Superior cleaning. Reception staff attentive to resolve requests.

Clean, and polite personnel. The room are well organized allowing you to get the most of the space available, Awsome Job!!!!!

Hotel needs some updating but a friendly and helpful staff made the difference. Nice hotel but holiday inn express is better.

Had an amazing stay with my family there. It's got a gym, pool, and their burgers are actually surprisingly good. Definitely will go back there again!

The staff were very nice and very helpful but there's a smell in the rooms. The shower is big and the rooms are big too. Not much of a view or great area but there is a gas station next door and a late night taco shop to grab food for late night arriving guests. Overall, not the best but definitely not the worst

The check in was quick and The room was clean. The beds were so comfortable and fluffy.

I arrived on a Saturday night and got my room keys in about 5 minutes. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The room was decent given the tier of this hotel. It had everything I needed for my one night stay. The only con was there were no food options inside the hotel, but there is a restaurant across the street.

The air conditioning didn't work all that well but they were very nice and hospitable

We had a very nice experience here. Nice people at the front,It was our friends who actually stayed here and the staff helped me surprise them for their bday celebration. So helpful and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend this hotel !!!!!

Lock your stuff! There was a thief that broke into people's cars overnight in the Parking lot and they do not have security or camera so you are at your own risk! If you have a late check in good luck finding a parking spot as well...

Fair price. Rooms could be a little cleaner, end the pool is much smaller than the photos look. Close to freeway and other things.

Staff are great, room was clean. Only complaint is that the building itself isn't very soundproof so it was hard to sleep due to the herd of elephants staying in the room above us.

Not a bad place, it's actually alright with lots of places in area for your shopping and dining experience. Rooms are clean and updated, and beds are comfortable with all the amenities that you may need. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot for work and I stay mostly at Holiday Inn whenever I go. I don t understand why this particular one doesn t serve breakfast like all the other Holiday Inns, not even coffee (?) Motel 6 even serve coffee, pasty and fruits. Is this particular one owned by some stingy person who can t even serve complimentary breakfast? Just saying

It was okay...the lobby and elevator floors were dirty. First impression turn off for me. However the room was clean...definitely a plus. It's located near food and coffee. It was close to where I needed to be which is why I chose it..not sure I'd choose it again.

They have the best by far customer service reps... those girls are awesome . I guaranteed you will love them... Nd the beds are to die for

This was a great, clean hotel, especially for the price. A few items that would improve- The afternoon lady when we got there was not friendly at all. Usually IHG hotels are incredibly friendly, especially at check in. They were short staffed with several new people who started. No towels were out at the pool the days we went swimming but the employees were quick to act when I asked for towels. Business center was archaic and slow but for the price of this hotel, I look at the business center as a bonus, not requirement

The place is basically on its last leg. The entire building needs remodeled and the internet is terrible. In some rooms I couldn't even get a signal. Also a lot of the A.C. units have issues. I've stayed here a few times and the only positive aspect is the location. Along with a friendly realistic staff that does what they can with what they have.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown SD. 10 miles to zoo and balboa park, 30 miles to safari park, very close to SDSU. Not much in the general are of the hotel, you have to drive to do anything. Immediate access to the 8 fwy.

Hotel is older, but kept up, staff is super friendly, the rates are reasonable. It offers some room options that you don't see other places. We have a family size room w'2 kings and a fold out couch and a ton of floor space.

They have great food and beer I'll stay there when in town

I am a pretty big fan of Holiday Inns. They seem to always be clean and taken care of and this location is no different. The staff was polite and helpful. the room was what I expected and my 2 day stay was pleasant. I would like to see a better gym inside the facility but its nothing to keep your from booking a room. This is very close to the freeway and quick into downtown.

Good location, although traffic is heavy around the area. The service is good with nice house keepers.

Pretty good accommodations. Breakfast wasn't great, but someone made us bacon on demand, so that made up for a lot

Last minute stay older dated property. Clean not in the best of locations.

Stayed in Suite 260. Room was spacious with 2 queen beds plus a hideaway bed. Haf a mini fridge, TV, and Kuerig coffee maker only. Its a suite and did not include a microwave. A little outdated but not bad. NO free breakfast included, but for a nominal fee of approx. $10/person you can eat at their restaurant. (I failed to see that when booking) Friendly staff!
