Nice hotel room spacious and very well soundproofed. Heartwarming welcome. ! Breakfast only from 6am in the morning. Also they offer a self service before with croissants and chocolate and coffee. Little more one can take the breakfast to take away.

Faultless, great experience, lovely staff, emaculate room, proximity to airport ideal. Overall perfect.

I love the location because it is very close to the CDG airport. You can just a free train to the hotel. The hotel is quite neat and you can have a good view of the airport from the window. (This depends on your room).

The dinner buffet was just okay. Not as much varieties as I expected.

You would need a taxi, bus or train to get to the major malls or big restaurants. I recommend it of you have an early plane to catch.

Great hotel. Very modern, clean and extremely quiet. Bed was comfortable and despite being very small room was well laid out. Pizza at the bar was very good as well and coffee and croissants in AM were delicious (we left before breakfast opened)

Very modern Holiday inn, it close to airport perfect for exiting the city of Paris. Small bar with decent selection of drinks. Bed was very comfortable. The check in process was painless with a friendly staff. The shuttle train to the terminals is close about a 3 min walk.

Checked in and found it s a pretty new property and not fully functional. Paid in full at check in itself since I am pretty confident with IHG properties anywhere across the globe. Shocked to realise air conditioner not functional in the room. No ventilation either. Very hostile attitude of the staff. They immediately refunded the money and asked to book some other hotel!! They could have informed us about this via e mail!! Shocked and surprised: attitude to us landing at Paris after a long journey from India!!
Wait for 2-3 months dear friends before it s fully operational.

Very good value for money, brand new hotel and very well located for those who leave or arrive from Terminal 1

This hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and very conveniently located 10min from most terminals. Jessica was really nice and did everything to help with our luggages and details of our stay. Breakfast was awesome and included croissants and chocolate pastries.

Nice looking place, and the staff is very helpful, but we did not get a good night's rest here. We found the beds to be uncomfortably hard, and though we asked for an extra comforter (twice) to use as padding, we never got it. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side, the free breakfast was quite good. The cheapest room was small but a good value, if hard beds aren't a problem.

Good clean room close to the airport. The website listed food service from the bar until 1am, but at 11pm the stopped serving pizza and hot food. Still had options for cold food which was fine. Also, make sure you take the intravenous airport shuttle train to Parking PR. There is NOT a bus service. We went to hotel bushes and got on the Holiday inn shuttle (black line) and got a 1 hour tour of the airport grounds, including the Hiliday inn (different of course from Holiday Inn Express).

Large, clean and functional room. Comfortable bedding and large shower. However, be careful when checking in, the receptionist takes the imprint of your credit card to justify the deposit for the room. A procedure that seems to come from another time and creates a risk for your credit card data. With this additional consequence, there is a risk of disclosure of your personal information. Knowing that no hotel does this anymore.

Excellent quality price. Friendly staff and very professional. A quality welcome in the heart of Charles de Gaulle. Room ultra comfortable and perfectly equipped. Everything is very well thought out.

Short-term step. Nice luxury hotel near CDG. Very nice home. Too bad the plumbing in the bathroom is really not level.

New build Hotel, hard to find as so new practically at terminal 1. Check in good, information about parking and train shuttle to airport. 2 minutes walk to rail hub for airport. We opted to have a snack from the limited menu rather than the buffet meal on offer, breakfast usual buffet style but very good. Train to cdg excellent we went to help our family with their luggage and really great free service. Free parking which for an airport hotel is usually unheard of. All in all would recommend if you need to be near terminal 1 2 or 3.

The hotel is easy to get to when using the shuttle service. If you have more than one suitcase it could be challenging to get the suitcase up a few stairs that are on the foot path to the hotel. Otherwise, it is fairly easy to walk. The hotel check in was quick. Being a member of the Holiday Inn rewards program I did receive a coupon for a complimentary beverage of my choice. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the airport. We did not hear anything once we were in the room. Being a new hotel there was no wear on the furnishings. The room was perfect for two of us, two suitcases, and two carry on bags. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a huge spread of baked goods, cheeses, meats, fruits, yogurts, and eggs. Beverages were available from multiple dispensaries around the food area. If you like soft boiled or hard boiled eggs there's a cooker for you to cook your own eggs. A note by the machine lets you know how long to cook the eggs. Easy to use. I definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

A well-thought-out hotel right next to the airport and right next to all the transportation for the airport.

For the money I spent $300 (240 euro) this is one the worst hotels I ve ever stayed at. The sheets feel like they were knitted out of cardboard rather than quality hotel sheets. There is no complimentary items in the bathrooms, to include shower items. There is an all in one shampoo, shower gel and conditioner all in one which doesn t do any of the three very well. The drinking cups are plastic and not glass. And the best part, the AC doesn t work at all, leaving the room hot, and you are unable to open a window. This is what I would expect from a $50 hotel room. Not one that I spent $300 to spend one night.

I recommend this hotel for anyone having to fly to Roissy.
Friendly staff.

Lousy food. The apartment is great and the ease of transfer to the airport too! There is a free metro, there are 200 mts walk from the hotel that leaves you inside the airport CDG -Paris - so was worth it, since our flight was very early and we had to wake up at dawn.

Nice modern hotel at Chrales de Gaulle airport. The signage from the airport to the hotel is very badly indicated. Do not take the shuttle bus. You must take the airport train. It is actually very easy to get and conveniently located.

The rooms are beautiful and smartly equipped for the modern traveller. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and very aound proof for a good nights rest. Price for the room is also very reasonable.

The reason for my 4 stars is due to the coffee. I have never tasted such bad chemically produced coffee in my life. It was undrinkable.

Would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Frankly, already we start with the price, count 24 more per night is the price of the hotel parking. Obviously it is impossible to park elsewhere. The extras are overpriced almost 5 a 50cl bottle of Pepsi ...
The bedding is hard but it is especially the cushions that are uncomfortable.
The breakfast contains the bare minimum for hotel style (scrambled eggs but no bacon to go with ...).
The air conditioning was blocked in heating mode, so yes it's not the season to put the air conditioning but it was too hot in the rooms and can not open the window that is locked.
The hotel restaurant closed on Sunday evening.
Household side is succin, we stayed two nights, the beds were not even made.
Good points, the sound insulation is correct (when the neighbors of the top does not move the furniture has passed 23h), and the staff is nice.
Personally I would not come back.

New hotel, just impossible to find, even for Frenchies !!! Look for terminal 1 and Roissypole Ouest, might help... 25 mn checkin time, even with IHG privileges. Are you serious ????? Room is OK but AC not efficient at all. Hotel opened last year...Deuh Parking is 22 euros, comes extra. This has nothing do to with Holiday Inn in the States. It is just plain French non efficiency at its best. Coming from a French national, living in the States after ending her European tour. Roissy airport and vincinity is just not up to international standards. When did we bury the French touch ?...

Take CDGVAL and get three stops from Terminal 2. 5 minutes on foot. The cleanliness of the room is better than the Sheraton expensive at 100 euros. There is no other service. A reasonable hotel that focuses on staying tranquil and relaxing in a clean room.

Everything is just what you would expect from a hotel like this. Only complaint is that there is a confusing process regarding accessing the parking garage and elevators. Could be cleared up when checking in. Breakfast was great. It was about 20 euro to park in the garage overnight.

Very convenient, near Terminal 1, RER B with CDG Transfer shuttle gets you 400 meters from Hotel. Room is basic & Clean.

Pizza available in evening at bar area. Breakfast buffet has large variety. Check in is a little slow.
Overall - recommend staying here in and out of Paris

Amazing free/ included breakfast. The fresh and Clean rooms were larger than I anticipated. Modern atmosphere and nice interior design. Smart TVs Are a plus and the hot water and pressure lived up to my higher standard. A+ really enjoyed my stay. Hair dryer and iron located in the room. Close to CDG (walking distance) will visit next time I am in Paris.

You need to have the option of switch On Air condition not as per the month but as per the actual weather.

It was pretty warm in September but as per hotel, Winter season was already started and AC can t be turned on.

Fantastic stay. Very easy to get to from the airport by taking the internal airport train. From the PR stop it is only about a 100 yard walk. The rooms are comfortable, small by American standards but more than adequate for our family of 3. A really nice perk is that the rooms are extremely noise resistant. We didn't hear a peep outside the room for our entire stay. The restaurant in the lobby but also several eateries within a quick Uber ride. Speaking of Uber, since this is a newer hotel, some drivers had a difficult time finding the hotel entrance but reception was willing to call to give them directions. Finally, the included continental breakfast was amazing! Lots of options including fresh baked pastries, pancakes, eggs, French cheese and meat, and complete coffee/espresso options by machine. I would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Great hotel, very good location but the wait for arrival was very long when it was over 9pm!

This place was very very friendly and helpful, . my room had a great view of the airport, i could see the airport lights and plans coming in and taking off. You can walk from airport to the hotel without taking taxi.
They had a good little restaurant that provided not only food and coffee and such, but also other drinks that you could eat inside and or outside.
Their was a free shuttle that takes you down to - ( downtown Paris) and will bring you back up.

Very good value for money, an excellent address for a stage between 2 flights, easy access with the free shuttle VAL ... By cons, terminal 2, the shuttle is not necessarily easy to find ...

By chance we had opportunity to walk in at the hotel restaurant and unexpectedly we had quite a bad surprise at the buffet spread costing at 25 Euro per each: rice, beans, meat ball, fish and... nothing else. The staff here are slow and irresponsible to serve. There is a lack of passion towards guests and despite some feedbacks to the staff regarding the depleted food at the counter, they took time to replenish again. Really disappointing. The price does not include any service at the table and the drinks. Personnel shown bad attitude and low level of professionalism towards customers.

Access to this hotel is easy thanks to the CDG val. It is a nice and modern place. The staff is listening. I recommend.

Excellent hotel, new and clean, rooms were perfect, top. Breakfast excellent. Not 5 stars because when I was there, there was a lot of work on the roads around the hotel, etc.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were (what I perceived to be) fairly sized for the price paid. Close to the airport with a free shuttle going there and back all day long. The only downsides were that there didn't seem to be any vending machines with snacks in them (there was a vending machine but it had phone chargers, headphones, and the like), and that it seemed kind of far from most of the city.

place is clean and looks pretty decent. but the buffet for dinner is overpriced (25 ) for like 4 dishes that are just bland steamed vegetables and rice. food was overall mediocre and really not great for the price. no toiletries or anything (you have to call downstairs if you need anything) and about a 8-10min walk from the station.

This hotel is very close to the CDG. The staff members were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first stop of my trip to Europe, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
