The Experience this afternoon was disgusting. we had ordered our meals and one of these meals was burnt and dry. They said we will give you a new one, straight away. We waited for 15mins and as we Waited there were bugs flying around us and landing on our kids meals.
New meal came out with a dab of potato and uncooked vegetables, along with another burnt meal.
We got up and went to pay and was paid a full
Price for this experience.what a joke. Do not recommend this place to anyone especially with kids

The menu is changing, the membership is changing. I guess when this all is done, I hope the food stays as good as it is.

Decent location with a classic hogs breath decor, Great table service and I really love their $10 lunches. However our tables steak and our chips were not exactly how we asked, they were more than happy to accommodate and bring out new ones.

Food and service of the usual high standard. Prices a touch higher than I'd expect though, but palatable.

I've been to this location probably 8 times and always left happy but this time I was appualed, I got the steak and prawns 300g and my wife got the steak and ribs 200g we both got mocktails

I wanted mine rare and my wife wanted hers well done

my wife's steak was medium and mine was blue but also stuck of natural gas so I took mine back as well

We both didn't enjoy our replacement meals then we got over charged for our meals we were told our total was 101.70

We paid over $100 for horrible food I'll be looking forward to hearing from someone, how you treat this situation will determine if you keep me as a customer or not.

Good service Lachy was friendly and helpful. The manager came and had a chat with us. The food was magnificent. Not much else to say. The manager is great with us tourists as we're from a remote mining town.

This place is a joke. $27 for a parmi which is size of a kids palm and burnt. Any hotel can do a better parmi than this place.

Only had their burgers but they were well priced and fantastic

Took an hour and fifteen to get kids food, steaks were cooked well but the 200 gram steaks were not nearly the same size and fatty. Last two visits have been less than ok.

Not too bad. They just go overboard on the up sell. They asked about everything we ordered. Including the kids meals.

Ordered the lunch special, a effectively a philly cheese steak. Too much bread to neat ratio which wasn't even warmed up (the bread) before having meat put inside. Meat was a bit tough and not great. Will not be returning.

Service was poor, when meals finally came out they were far from satisfactory and Far from worthy of the asking price. For the amount of staff that were working everything was very poorly attended to and should be looked into by authority figures. Also heard 2 other tables having to complain about their orders also.

Table service was quick after being shown to a table. Cold water was provided free with drinks.

The food I had was tasty. I had the Thai beef salad and a serve of curly fries with the beef gravy.

The gravy tasted fine and didn't feel too thin or artificial.

All over, I feel that I got my money's worth.

It was disappointing to arrive at 9.00pm to find it closed when its advertised it would be open until 9.30pm. Need to change your time on the website. Very disappointed customer.

It's great for Movie+dining (Steaks)night out BCCis just upstairs as well love their sweet mashed potato and the service are great staff are nice

Wife and I had dinner at TVL Central tonight and the service was good but important to know the food was great, well cooked and we gave it up a few years back but have now returned so keep it up new manager you are doing fine.

Sorry to say but very disappointed with the food. I ordered the flat head crab cake and calamari. Food was oil soaked , cold and tasted like it had come straight out of the freezer. Guys stick to steak ya seafood sucks.

big fan of Hogs Breathe. Little disappointed that they had no steak (prime rib) but the chicken parma was pretty good. Nice size, more curly fries would have been good but all 8n all a good meal

Top praise for the Manager "Big Mike". Had an issue with a meal, asked to see the Manager: Mike attend to the issue in a truly professional , friendly manner. Received another meal replacement, and BIG Mike came back to confirm everything was ok. Will return because of the way the situation was handled. TOP MARKS "BIG MIKE"

Great staff but the food was pretty mediocre unfortunately.

For a staff member to say it's a pretty quiet day, meals took possibly the longest to arrive of any Hog's Breath I've attended either on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or at CavAv, Gold Coast. Meals were great otherwise.

The food here is overpriced and in no way what was advertised, took my son here for his birthday earlier this year and found out they had ran out of 18 hour steaks, was told they "Didn't expect to sell so many" on a Friday Night!!! The only redeeming quality was the young woman who waited our table, she was polite, helpful and a very pleasant and professional person. She earned you back 2 stars for her help!!!

It was awesone we had chicken wings and fish with the curly fries and buy a bottle of wine get a free wine cooler good quality

Food is still good, just not a fan of their pricing restructure. Used to be good value meals, but having to fork out $4.95 for a veggie side makes their meals less compelling. Particularly how their 'meal' prices haven't reduced.

We had an AWESOME waiter named Tyson he was very curtious and polite, the food was great and so was the cocktails (MUDSLIDE) YUM

Steaks over cooked all 4 and creamy garlic sauce looked old like off mayo no flavor, salad was an after thought 4 salads all different only 1 had lettuce others were cabbage with balsamic and called a salad, hickory BBQ sauce was nice,

Excellent food but very sneaky service. Upselling by making extras sound like standard components to meals. Just wanted a salad but ended up paying ten dollars extra. Unimpressed.

After an average experience at a different hogs breath I was reluctant to try it again. I did however and can say that not all places can be painted with the same brush. The steak was beautiful, probably the best I ve had and I ve had a lot lol. The kids loved their meal and the Mrs was happy. Overall a pleasant experience and staff were outstanding.

Fish was frozen . So had chicken . Bad over grilled burnt chips greasy

Hmm.... took a bit long (50 mins) for our meals to come out but it was lilely due to rush hour. What really bugged me was the wait time for our desert, we waited another 20 mins for it following our meal and it never came. This was during the rush was over and things were starting to die down.

Its been a year since I have been and I used to be a huge supporter of the place. Until I paid $23 for 2 tiny bits of dried chicken and a dob of mashed potato.
Seems menu changes have removed the veggies that used to come with it and the portion sizes have shrunk. Such disappointment , and bad form from what was one an awesome place to eat.

Ordered a $12 Salad for dinner and wanted to swap the bacon for avocado, but was hit with a $4 surcharge for 3 small pieces. The lettuce leaves were old and the dressing was lacking, would not ever recommend over priced venue.

Chicken was raw.. and nachos were stale and more recent sauce was off 2 burgers had to be replaced still paid full price ended with food poisoning informed them and couldn't careless

We waited approximately 30 minutes for our drinks and to make it worse they were hot. The food was 55 minutes. We won't be returning.

Very disappointing indeed. Main meal served half way through entree. Steak was absolutely terrible and no sides. Very ovet-rated. A very poor experience.

Great meal an larger than what I expected. Made it to my dietry requirements too. Very friendly and helpful. One star less due to a dirty ladies bathroom. Otherwise great night. Shoutout to the kitchen staff for the top notch singing.

Ordered the barramundi and prawn, was a bit or a wait but food quality was great with nice atmosphere and service.

4 meals ordered, first 2 steaks/fries came out at room temperature about 40 minutes later (only 2 other tables had people at them).
About 10 minutes later the wrap arrived, and about 5 minutes after that the burger.

I go here occasionally for lunch and enjoy the options that are on the $10 menu. Staff are always friendly.

We are from Cleveland and it's no different to the one there. Horrible, over priced food. Service was average at best - friendly but terribly efficient. Good to see nothing changes between Brisbane and Townsville.

Hogs breath more like, going out for dinner but definitely don't want fast food and definitely don't want anything fancy so we'll just compromise and and wear flip flops to hogs and watch a movie before or after we eat. Good stuff though for sure

Been coming here for 2 years now as my partner took me here for our first date where we had a great experience with cocktails and steak and it's been our go to ever since.
It was my first steak I ever had and I was super happy with the food but lately the service has been not as good.
Customer service is great the workers are always nice and helpful but the food has been letting us down unfortunately.
Last week when we visited (3 people in total) at least 2 other tables with 2 people each that arrived after us had been served their food before us which was a bit disappointing.
When we got our food it looked nice overall (the burgers at leadt) my partner's steak was burnt to the max looking like charcoal in a few spots.
He cut off the burnt bits and ended up having not much steak left, he mentioned to the lady serving us after that it was burnt but didn't wanna say anything or request another one at the time to not cause anyone any inconvenience.
Myself and our friend had a burger where the beef patty was really bland like not seasoned at all and the bacon seemed undercooked unfortunately.
We took our friend from overseas here for his first time for expected great food like we've known it but overall it was a disappointing experience for us all.
Hoping the food standard will increase again, back to how it was once.

Greeted nicely but that's were it ended.....service was poor as we were basically forgotten about, yet the staff can stand around on their phones. Went to pay and the lady was very unprofessional and should NOT be in a customer service roll. Will not be going back!

My daughter and her friends waited more than 1 hour for their food . Noted that people arriving and ordering after the girls got their meals before. Some of the girls reported their food - when it arrived was cold. This is not very good service. I would never recommend anyone to go for lunch at your venue in a group.

Just had a loaded fries and one drink, was a great cheep meal for 1 person, quick and tasted great

Great place to eat, food is always delicious and the staff deliver great customer service each and every time I have been there. Especially tonight a big thank you to our waiter Astro Boy for making our dining experience exceptional and just plain fun, great to see someone so enthusiastic on the job, was a pleasure and brought many a smile and laugh throughout the night, thanks again!!
