This company is garbage and a total RIP OFF. New Buyers beware anything this company's name is associated with. Just purchased my first home, "a flip" of course things "pass" inspections but you don't really see it until you live in it. Within the first two weeks, have had kitchen plumbing problems. Sinks backing up, until I had actual professionals come out and discovered there were TWO snakes left in the pipes. So someone did work, their snake with a camera broke up and then they put a second one down the drain and that one broke so they just left it???? Now having plumbing issues in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets have knicks and stains on them. The paint job is so half assed and gross. It's really sad and disgusting, this is how they "flip" properties and then hand them over asking for an astronomical price, which unfortunately y realtor thought was a good asking price....NEVER AGAIN
They say they are nonprofit but I bought a home from them, for profit. They have nickel and dime us about fixing things on a home. After they finally agreed to put a new roof, since it was 20 years old and we were going to walk. Today I discovered they didn t pay the roofing company in full. I had a 10 thousand dollar bill from a roofing Company today bc House won t return their calls.
