Top notch service! They always do their best to make things right. If you need a mower, trimmer or blower, it's the place to go.

Parts guy was rude I will never come back for anything... I was told to hurry up while standing at the counter "with no one behind me". I was inspecting the part prior to purchase to verify I had the correct part and the nutsack behind the counter told me to hurry up... I should have walked out then and there but I needed the part... From my experience Wohlfeils on state St provides the same parts and services at a similar if not cheaper price without the attitude...

I love coming to Hoffman's, they are very friendly and answer all our questions, if they don't have something in stock they will get it within a couple of days. Great service and just all around amazing people

Good place. The most important thing is they stand by what they sell. Purchased a tractor two years ago and have had an ongoing problem with it. They are standing behind it and repairing it as it was an elusive problem and hard to find. They easily could have said it was out of warranty and been done with it. I would, (and have), recommend Hoffmans to anyone. They are great people with an excellent service department.

If you want your power equipment to run right, run to a different repair shop. I took a chainsaw in because it would not run after getting warm. I was told the carburator was bad, got the saw home after paying 90 dollars and the saw ran the same as when I took it to them. Took the saw to a different shop they said it was a bad fuel line. The saw runs good now! Thanks Hoffman's for picking my pocket legally!
