The company has done a complete 180 and the new management has worked there way from the very bottom to the top. The management is willing to work in the field side by side, even in the freezing cold. I can say the future is bright and will be the place to work come 2020. I am thank full that they are making big changes and are trying to make this place become very positive and profitable for everyone. There are time when i make more money in a week then i have ever in a month at any job. There is still room for improvement but they are trying and making the correct changes to see it through.
