I met Steve Hodson in Shelton, CT while looking at available commercial space for lease for my new office location. After looking at several properties that were good but not great, Steve made a phone call to a friend down the street, and minutes later ushered us into a beautiful building with sufficient available space for our current and future needs. It was perfect, and we move in soon! Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful, and checked in often to make sure I didn't need any additional help finalizing the deal with the attorneys and landlord.
