Several nautical officers who obtained their bachelor's degree there were on board.
One wonders what is being conveyed there. Apart from being clever, people can do nothing. Sailing and seamanship does not seem to be learned there.
No practical relevance and not prepared for life on board - in a management position.
You don't actually need to study 4 years just to know how to tick checklists in an ISM system.
Almost every seafaring student from Cuxhaven / Flensburg and previous ship mechanic puts the people from Bremen in their pockets.
