I had a mixed experience with Hitech-e. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. Overall, I would say my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the customer support was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I also had some issues with the delivery of my order. The product arrived late and was not in the best condition. 100 words.
