If you like working over 40 hours a week, having a workplace take favorites, and feel unappreciated or like you're expendable then this is the place for you. Currently hiring because 30 people were sick of it and quit.

This is a family owned business.so with that said, there is no accountability for the bad business decisions made by family members running it.they have hired professional people to be the CEO multiple times over the years and they never last long.this company could be part of the movement towards having unions again in manufacturing to look out for the hourly employee

If you're prone to getting sick like me kiss your job here goodbye , the companies policy on sick leave is a joke. Don't bother planning on feeling appreciated either , you make pennies compared to what the top dogs bring in. Supervisors here are notorious for holding grudges so once you're marked there's not much you can do about it.

I was trained on 1st shift, and transferred to 2nd shift these guys who were permanent employees that I knew on 1st shift (Scott & Brian) , were friends and seem obssessed with me and talked behind my back(especially Brian). Once I transferred to 2nd shift I could tell it didn't sit well especially with Brian who creepily decided to follow me to my shift too by changing shifts. Once his buddy Scott was transferred to 2nd shift as supervisor I knew something was up, Surprise surprise within a week of Scott becoming a supervisor I was fired, which I suspect was Scott (there are two Scott
s and the one I''m talking about is the shorter one). Anyways looking for a new job and glad I got away from this toxic environment.

I've worked here about 2 and a half years so far, still working here. Vacation time is great, benifits are great. I believe you get roughly 80 hrs of vacation after your 90 days. (If you start at Beginning of year)The people who rate this company bad for having "sick" time or having bad hrs are the people who are lazy or dont want to work. I was out for a total of 5 months due to some medical issues and I got paid medical short term leave, now it wasnt full pay but being paid a percentage of your paycheck was enough and it was fair. Yes the raises are not the biggest but it takes time and hard work to get paid good. If your expectations are that you deserve a big raise after a short time of work then you need a better work ethic. People today dont want to put in the time or hard work to get were they want to be, they think the world owes them something. I raise my glass to the people working here or anywhere for over 10+ years, they deserve the good pay. Great company.
