I love Burger King but this location makes me think twice about ever eating at a Burger King again. Disgusting.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible place and the manager is rude, and unscrupulous. My wife and I stopped in to this place at the drive-thru to have a cone. When we got them, one was half the size of the ones we've had at other BK locations, and the other was half that size still (barely big enough to feed a small toddler). My wife, who was on the side of the car for dealing with them, commented on their small size and asked to have at least the small one re-made. The manager claimed that the size was correct and refused to remake it, then closed the drive-thru window. We decided we would just rather return the cones and get our money back (seriously, the price for what we were getting was downright insulting). My wife began waiving her arms to get their attention, and, when that failed, waived our receipt hoping they would realize there was a problem. The manager came to the window and grabbed the receipt, crumpled it up and threw it out (this was also our Credit Card receipt which we needed. My wife told him we would like a refund and he can have the cones back. He went into the till and handed half of our money back. She shook her head and said "no, I aid a refund" - there was a plastic screen over most of the drive-thru window for COVID-19, which was making it harder for him to hear us. He ducked his head down to the open portion and told us he was giving us a deal and only charging for one of the cones...how is that a deal, giving us half of a refund on an inferior product. I realized he was having trouble hearing us, so I spoke louder from the passenger seat that we just wanted a refund and he could keep the cones. At that point he reacted angrily and said "Sir, I am trying to be respectful to you, so please refrain from yelling at me. My wife realized the half refund was all we were going to get, so asked if he could at least give us the receipt for our credit card. He got angrier and pretty terse and demanded cash for the half refund the credit card so he could undo the transaction. Believing we were finally getting the refund, we gave him back the cash for the half refund and handed over our credit card. He then handed us back our card and a receipt indicating he "corrected" the order by refunding half of the purchase. At that point we just left frustrated having paid half price for no reason.

Great staff and amazing customer service, conveniently has Shell beside it.

To this day, I still cant resist the delcious whopper Wednesday burgers they offer. Great environment to dine in and relax.

Ordered 3 veggie combo with poutine instead of fries .got charged 42.27$
They feed us burnt veggie parties with a different taste after we asked the cashier this is not wat we usually pay everytime.
Very rude and unprofessional experience.

One of the better BK restaurants. The staff is fast, the drive through speaker and mic dont always work the best so you have to speak up and clearly but the food is always consistent and the staff are nice. I leave Guelph to come to this one when I feel like a BK sandwich as the one in Guelph is really really bad. Keep up the good work guys

I went with my family to grab supper today from this location. I headed to the washroom with my 1 year old baby to change for him to find out that the 2 washrooms in the restaurant in nasty condition. One of them has broken toilet and broken cold water faucet, the hot water was about to burn my baby. I ran to the other washroom holding my baby to find the sink leaking water and the floor is filled with water and slippery. I advised one of the staff to these issues and he didn't even say sorry. If their washroom that I can see are dirty, then I don't trust their kitchen that I can't see.

Slopped my meal together, cashier running around making orders, gathered fries made drink cut her finger and handled cash ... no changing of gloves. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I will NEVER GO BACK!

Horrible place, horrible food, rude staff. Exspensive for the poor quality that's served at this location. The wait time are atrocious and if you ask for a manger be prepared to have your problem dealt with in a passive aggressive and rude way. I've never in my life had a fast food place consistantly prepare my food wrong and be so unapologetic every time. I work 5 mins away and I tell all my coworkers to avoid this place. Your better off going hungry (srriously) The Manager Varseum belittles staff infront of customers Which lead to a very awkward encounter with our cashier and an even more awkward dinner. Will not be back ever. Avoid at all cost.

Good place ! Give it 5 stars for a fast food joint. The whopper is one of my fast food favs. Service was good and friendly !

Very untrained and confused staff. Bad customer service. They need a good manager who knows what they are doing. I got bad onion rings. Never asked and gave dipping sauce.

Ordered a whopper burger here in the morning and got food poisoning immediately! This place is not clean nor cooking their meat properly.

Always serve fresh food and they are on the top of each and everything. All the staff members are very friendly and apologize for any delay in the orders. Strongly recommend this place

I went to the restaurant and tried to use the two for one coupon and where rudely told that in order to get the discount we had to order two of the same sandwich. I am a vegetarian bet my friend was not and did not want the veggie sandwich. When I tried to inquire why we could we were told to look at the coupon there were two different codes and that was how it was. I was embarrassed and upset, and left right after without ordering feeling like I was being discriminated against.

The usual flavours, my buddy Rob had some troubles a few hours after eating a whopper. I was fine.

The food and service is always excellent! I try to stop in atleast once a week when I m in the area!

Nothing beats a good Whopper before you get on highway for long road trip.
