I want to express to all of you what an awesome job you have done. From the beginning with the initial assessment, walking me through the product and assessing our needs, to taking us from one provider to another, giving me timelines, adjusting where needed, and getting the job done right when I wanted it to happen. Every person I dealt with on the phone, by email, or here in person from HisCall was absolutely outstanding and I don t even know how anyone could have been any better. I always felt although I did not know what everything meant, I was in good hands and you always were in control of the situation in order to keep it on track.

Full disclosure I ve not utilized their services. I was made aware of Hiscall this morning when I witnessed two of their service vans racing Each other during my morning commute. This coupled with their deeply offensive logo screams of unprofessionalism. This is unfortunate since I am currently looking for a local industrial telecoms provider.
This place is so family oriented that they will lay off a 14 year employee, just to make a spot for the owners grandson. They don't care about longevity when they laid off many of us that were there over 12 years, but kept 1 year employees. This is the 3rd time they have done this to employees since I began in 2006. If you want to work weekends at the owners house he will love you. If not, you're nothing to them. Plus they pay way under the industry standard. Don't let the cross in the name fool you.
Hiscall is a great company to deal with. They saved me over $300 a month just from switching phone service from Att to Hiscall. I have recommended them to several other businesses. When I have had a issue it was taken care of within minutes. A+++.
