Worst Customer Service ever. The Physicians may be competent, but their staffs are not. Just Fired them based on poor customer service, getting hung-up on and not keeping patient informed!

Dear customers, please be careful with the staff and doctors of this facility. When Doc. Robert Light advices me to go for CT scan, when I enquired with the staff about the cost of test, they tricked me into getting it done by not giving full details about the pricing and costs of the test. I even made my health insurance associate to speak to them, they gave me an estimate and told me it won t exceed that amount . So I went ahead and get the test done but at the end they sent me a bill which was really so high. They collected money on behalf of Synergy radiology associates and credited to their own account. And I received a bill from them which I assumed I paid at the time of test. When spoke to them, they were bluffing that they explained which was not true. Please be careful with this staff.
My 1st experience with a kidney stone quickly devolved into admission to the hospital which escalated into a perforated kidney/ ureter, which morphed into a very scarey situation. Dr. Matheson s calming bedside manor and obvious acumen made the situation bearable and less worrisome than i could have imagined. I m now on the mend and can t say enough about Dr. Matheson and how she s managed this ordeal.
This has been the absolute worst lack of communication provided by any medical office I have had to deal with in my life. What should be a simple medical test result that can be uploaded in my patient chart has become a constant need for me to call and try to get an appointment or a call back. I keep being transferred from one person to the next and it always seems to end up with the doctor s assistant who s probably the most incompetent of them all. I ve left a message with the business office as they do not have a patient advocate so we will see if anything comes out of that. To summarize, you can probably get good healthcare from them, but when it comes to actually communicating about anything, you d be better off yelling at a wall.
No compassion for their patients and rude office staff. My husband had a procedure scheduled and they wanted to reschedule it because we were not going to pay them the full amount they estimated our responsibility to be. We already paid a large portion of our deductible to another medical facility and spent over 10k on a funeral last week. We offered to pay a portion up front and the rest after the insurance processed the claim with the true patient financial responsibility. Sylvia from the doctor's office said she would have to ask the doctor himself if that was ok. She called the next morning to say that would not be an option. I've never had surgeries or diagnostic procedures where they were unwilling to work with you on the up front out of pocket cost. Their financial department at the surgery center was willing to work with us since we produced the receipt from our previous deductible payment.
Dr Baum is wonderful, takes his time, listens, and truly compassionate. He personally called me after my husband s procedure since I was not able to be at hospital. Highly recommend Dr Lawrence Baum.
Very professional and caring physicians and staff. I had a problem with insurance and they went out of their way to work with me to make sure my procedure was covered even scheduled the operation outside their own facility.
Great experience, did not feel rushed and the Dr. Listened to me. Highly Recommended
I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the Jose and Fernando which are the 2 Valet guys. They were amazing and so helpful with my stepdad. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much for what you guys did. God bless y all!
