Smooth & Speedy delivery :-) Had initially wanted to return it coz the length of the TV console (Emelie) was proportionately longer than expected. When I informed the customer service, the reply was very prompt and arrangement on the collection of the TV console was made very promptly, which was good as this TV console was meant to be ready for the new home b4 the chinese new year.
As its really a nice piece of TV console as it is well made with good workmanship & finishing, including the edges and the rear of the TV console, I changed my mind on the return. I was glad that I was able to shift it to another location for the TV console placement, so I decided to retain it afterall.
Unfortunately, after all the setting up of the TV, the sliding door was unfortunately found to be slightly faulty as it was not able to slide smoothly to close it. Had to apply pressure and since its to be used by my elderly mum who does not hv the strength, I called to make appt for someone to come fix it. Again, the arrangement for it was also made very promptly.
To be honest, after reading a recent negative review on Hipvan by an influencer on the instagram post, I did develop a slight prejudice against your company. But i am glad that my experience was not as bad as the other review. Throughout the entire process, I had the assurance that my concern or encounter will be fixed immediately, ie I am not left thinking that my request went to a black hole. This important to a customer and even more so especially since the product was purchased online when we had not seen the physical product.
I like to also compliment your system where an indicative timeline of delivery while provided, clearer and clearer timing of the actual delivery is also constantly provided as the actual delivery date arrives. Good system especially to us who has to work and had to take time off to be available for the delivery
Thank you for acting very promptly too and even after replacing a new piece for me, I appreciate that a call to me was also made by Brenda the following day after the delivery - to check if the item was to my satisfaction. Appreciate the follow-up call as well when understandably with just a few days to the chinese new year, everyone would be rather busy too.
While its been a to and fro on the arrangements since I made my online order, its been very prompt each time. Thank you for the efficient customer service. What is also very important is that my mum whom i bought the TV console for has been very pleased with the make, ie the quality of the TV console. Thank you
