We stayed here for New Years Eve. The rooms we were nice and spacious. Had 2 queen beds and a lounger on the side by the window. A lot extra open floor space too. The beds had crisp clean white linen sheets... very comfy bed. Bathroom was roomy and clean too. A lot of counter space. The thing I love most about this hotel was the rooftop bar/ lounge area. You can see all of SF from up there. It's a perfect view of SF.

The hotel lobby is well lit and big. Alot of seating. The have a little grocery store as well. I didn't purchase anything from it but passing by it looked like they had a good variety of food and drinks. The have ATM's and water refill stations.

Would definitely like to stay here again. Or even just go up to the rooftop bar/lounge area just to check out the view. FYI... You don't have to be staying there in order to go up.

On the surface this appears to be a decent hotel in a good location. The reality is somewhat different. This is a very hectic hotel at least in the lobby - think volume. The room itself was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were attentive as well. While the hotel is located near Union Square, it is also next to the tenderloin or homeless central. Also, the hotel felt worn and dated. Next time I would choose a better location in a less hectic hotel.

Awesome hotel in a great spot. Super nice staff working there. Always helpful and friendly. Nice rooftop bar, a store in the lobby where you can get coffee and snacks. I highly recommend staying here.

Great view from the room. Also really like the top floor bar. Bacardi an Coke at 13.00 would even be livable if they would actually pour a fair pour of bacardi. You can get an entire bottle for that on sale. Room was clean..

Great staff, except for the overnight counter person. She was rude to the point of hostility. Other than her, the rest of the staff were awesome. People who have unpleasant demeanors shouldn't work in customer service.

It was a great stay! I would come back to all the services that the hotel can offer. The breakfast is the best, the onsen spa is very relaxing, and the antidote bar was full of energy plus the view of city lights. They'll make sure that they will answer all your concerns and provide your needs. The ambiance is very relaxing and sophisticated. I highly recommend staying here!

Our room was extremely spacious. I could do a cartwheel in it. The bathroom is small. The toilet touches the sink counter. The sink is narrow. It makes no sense to have a small bathroom when the room is spacious. The night we stayed was loud in the hallway. The bed is not as comfortable as the other Hiltons; the same with the pillows. My hubby used the hotel app to check in and open the door. The app worked seamlessly the first time. The second time, it took more than 5 minutes to unlock our door. The card key is better. If you park in the garage, elevator 3 & 4 are the only elevators that will take you to the garage.

Very comfortable, location , hospitality was amazing! over all stay was awesome! Beautiful view of city.. definitely recommend.

Easy check in process. Nice hotel for the price, would probably stay here again next time.
