Friendly and helpful employees. Rooms nicely updated. The exterior of the building with external stores is not appealing.

Great hotel with great service and friendly staff. Never worried about leaving my things out while we were out. The staff was respectful of my things. I will stay there again and highly recommend this hotel and it's location is perfect.

Quality hotel in the city center. Easy walk from the train station to this hotel. Good rooms, nice restaurant, and an executive lounge. Also a great location for shopping and dining options. Always good service as you would expect from a quality hotel brand and they will make sure you are comfortable during your stay.

Had requested two connected rooms, but were first given two rooms that were not connected. After reporting this, upgraded to exclusive rooms on the 10th floor
Super nice rooms and beautiful view of the town hall. Staff super friendly and really make time for you. Breakfast is super tasty, fresh and everything you want. You are served at your beck and call. Children felt like little princes, and within walking distance of the station.

The Hilton Rotterdam is very close to the central train station, easy to walk (about 10mins) or about a one stop ride on the tram. The lobby and executive lounge have a very modern elegant design. Had a great breakfast in the Roots restaurant, they have a mobile hot chocolate cart that I was very glad to have tried. Definitely will stay here again.

Visiting the lounge ofof Hilton Rotterdam was a very pleasant experience because the location, the facilities, the menu, the service and the environment music were great.

Very good service and customer-oriented a 10. Polite and the hospitality I give a 9 +, top. Well worth the visit.

The service is super bad, the breakfast is unpalatable, the service staff is arrogant.

Nice hotel, nice in the center. Staff is very friendly. Shoe polisher present which is of course a big plus.

Great view from my room on the 6th floor. Service was brilliant and the food was lovely.

Nice furnished hotel, very nice staff. Location is good (close to the train station, right on the pedestrian precinct.) However, Friday and Saturday after in the same street is the party mile, which unfortunately also with closed windows is not ignorable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful, fully furnished rooms. Great location in the city and to the main station. Bus and train right outside the door. Rooms are air conditioned and well soundproofed. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful building and good rooms, bar and executive lounge were nice and all the staff are friendly, however no free WiFi in this day and age is a disgrace. Even a limited one would be better than nothing.

A superb Hilton property. Good central location, large rooms and pleasant service. Breakfast is good and they also have an excellent Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel.

Very nice hotel well located, only quack the 2 lifts. We wait too long if there are people! The food is really excellent worthy of a gastro!

Arrived 1350, had to wait until 1420 for my room and was told it was an upgrade, to what I don't know? Got to the room and was a cool breeze in the room, even after turning AC off breeze is still there, annoying and cold. House keeping staff, great as asked for extra coffee and milk, was given with a smile and anything else?

A very nice hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was totally bad. Arched dry cheese, pressed ham, empty salt containers on the tables, no fresh fruit, the scrambled eggs were only half cooked. Too bad, we were looking forward to the breakfast very much. It was not recommended. I would be happy if other guests from the group would report. Too bad.

This used to be a poorer Hilton. They have solved this well through the renovation. Now it really feels like 5 stars

Nice special place to spend the night with a beautiful view of the city. Staff extremely friendly. Upon arrival also a wonderful scent that is spread by the hotel.

Unpleasant experience had here. I am a bowel patient and needed another toilet. I reported this. I have been here more often as a customer. It is a shame that they have no understanding of a difficult handicap.

Do not. They participate in the evasion of Corona measures.

Hilton Rotterdam is a wonderful hotel. Great customer service.

This is the smallest room in Hilton. Feels like a three-star. The bathroom is also cramped. Amenity is inconsistent. It is a little far from the station, so you have to walk a lot when you are around the city. The taxi ride is also a vague street. The refrigerator was filled with a fixed mini bar, so I bought two ice creams without knowing it, and there was no melting. Staff response to requests for no slippers in the room is rude. Prepare well before check in. "Do not stay in the suite, do not you?" Manager. The level is even lower. The basics of the hotel are just standard rooms and my comparison is about business rooms and common sense service manners that are neither suites nor resort class.

A very nice hotel! It does not make that much from the outside, but from the inside it's quite modern! Special requests is not a big problem! You can have food delivered to your room! The bar is not bad either, just very pricey! Unfortunately the hotel does not have a car park but there is a public a few meters further, where you can park for 30 euros a day!

We had the romance package which is definitely worth it. However whrn we arrived they mentioned that we had just a room not including all the extras. After a while we were still able to get the package. This includes access to the executive lounge which has free drinks and bites at certain times throughout the day.

Everytings fine, location is perfect but it's a bit old.

From outside looks like an old hotel however inside all pretty new. Stuff is friendly and everything very clean.

Been for a workout. Seats are great. To stay concentrated, too much carbohydrates have been brought in between. Make healthy snacks out of it and for me more than 5 stars. Near parking and near station.

Rooms are not of the highest quality, but the service is excellent.
