The Braisserie - Hilton a sheer showcase of what elegance looks like right from the beginning.

Doors opening to a low volumed piano tune, while you ask for the directions at the front desk, the brightness of the chandeliers and the music can be felt as you move ahead to step into The Brassiere.

Was here on a weekday for their dinner buffet. Very tranquil in terms of their ambience.

Started with their Vegetable Tomato Soup - smooth on its texture and having the perfect blend of all the vegetables and spices I felt like going for another round. Too good!

Pastas made in both the red and the white sauce. White being the all time favourite. Can t go wrong.

Pizza made in their oven having the cheese pull moment with mozzarella .

Mains had a great variety and being a vegetarian personally, It wasn t difficult to choose from at all.

Took some small portions of Sabz Kadhai, Methi Mattaar malai and Paneer Tikka Masala. The lasagne was a sweet surprise to the meal.

Overall and excellent work done on the menu. Would love to come again and host my cousins too. Everyone had a lovely time.

Great hotel & great ambiance.

This hotel has really good interiors, friendly staff and excellent rooms. I enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing I didn t like is the taste of food here. The taste is below average, tasted bland also is very expensive. Other wise a very good choice.

Best Hotel staff and wonderful service provided. The hotel is all about luxury, the interior and lobby is just incredible.
I was being upgraded to the executive room which had a amazing view.
Stayed here for one night but enjoy atmost of it!
The only one thing that was wierd here that they charge little high for add on services, for example i ordered for a empty plate and a spoon for which i was being charged 350/- plus tax.

The Brasserie only the name is enough is that kind of restro.The restro is huge and just amazing.The enterance is just grand and is decorated well.The buffet is just outstanding.I have no words to describe the buffet it was that lovely and amazing.Such a kind of buffet is unbelievable.

To start with it had starters and salad counter.
1.Classic Caesar Salad- It is tossed with romaine heart with roasted garlic and was just tasty.
2.Greek Salad- A combination of diced vegetables with kalamata olive,feta crumbs,oregano and served with garlic bread.This was really new to the tastebuds.

Pasta and Risotto
1.Penne Arrabiata-Penne pasta with roasted vegetables mixed with chilli flakes,garlic and shallots.It is also toasted in tomato basil sauce.This was just yummy.It is highly recommended.

2.Risotto Fungi
3.Tortellini Portofino.

Vegetable kebabs

1.Subz Tilwali Sheek- Minced vegetables with pickling spices and coated with sesame seeds.It is served on a skewer and cooked in tandoor.It was a new dish which we have never tasted before.

2.Bharwan Hariyali Tikka- They are spinach tikka with cheese cakes stuffed inside it along with fried nuts.This was just yum.

Dessert
1.Pear Tatin- It is served with cream cheese ice cream and caramel sauce.It is the first time i had tasted such a combination of dessert.It was really mouth watering.It is highly recommended.

2.Kesari Matka Phirni- It had saffron and rice custard served in traditional kind of pot.It was tasty.

The experience was really amazing and i enjoyed a lot.The place is really huge and has an amazing spread of buffet with different varieties of food for everyone.I would love to visit again.

The increasing number of Covid cases has increased the safety concerns specially for the people who wants to pamper their Taste buds regularly. With this worry in mind we were looking for a place safe enough for family for lunch or dinner without worry. The new law of lock down from 8 PM literally disturbed our plan of having dinner at any place. Hence we decided to have lunch buffet at Hilton Brasserie.

Once you pass through the reception lobby and descend the stair case there lies the huge place called Hilton Brasserie.
The ambiance is great with perfect lighting to enhance appetite and build your mood. Every thing is crafted to perfection. The tables are arranged neatly with huge distance between them. The staff is safety conscious, well mannered , cooperative and well groomed . They have a huge open space only for serving dinner.
The starters, the salads, the soups, the dishes and sweets were all prepared to cater to large choices of Indian and continental taste.

Once our likes were established we were served with amazing mouth watering dishes by chef Nagma, chef More & chef Vivek.

We were served by team Tejas, Gaurav, Natasha, Manish, Dunnica. They are all extremely trained and cooperative.

It is a Must visit with your family for a life time experience.

Quarantine stay in hilton.I felt safe and comfortable at hilton.Food is below average.Same average quality food is repeated day in day out.Rooms are spacious and facilities,services are good.There were many plumbing issues in my room...Staff is very helpful .restaurant tariff is very high.

One of the best stays .. they extended the courtesy and upgraded me with lounge access.. superb staff and wonderful reception. I wish I had clicked few pics to share but thankyou so much guys I m your profile customer

We went to The Brasserie a multi cuisine restaurant for Lunch recently. From outside it might look like normal hotel but when you enter the big doors your eyes lit up in joy and you are amazed by the feel specially the vibes. The Staff is courteous and kind toward its customer. The place has a option for buffet and Ala carte menu. The buffet get started at 12:30 pm and closed by 3:30 pm. So you have an ample amount of time to enjoy your lunch and have a good time. Even after the buffet you get sit in lobby and can have chit chat with your close one. I would request you to add some live counter with the option of street food and would definitely love to visit the place next time again.

The Hilton is a lavish hotel with a very rich decor and peaceful vibes. We went for dinner at the Brassiere Grill where they have a buffet. It was a nice spread of Indian and Asian cuisine. The appetizers were the high point. Will be back for the stay.
