Even though the hotel was 1/3 full, the staff only takes stress or annoyance. Not 5 stars. Only a few people in the hotel were worthy of 5 stars, the rest, in part, simply outrageous. Swimming pool area only runs with prior appointment, SPA is closed, closed due to COVID19. Price performance is mediocre. What a shame for that.

Yes the location & surroundings are beautiful but that s it. Hotel is old, rooms are outdated and not clean, everything is super expensive. Staff doesnt know how to handle problems. They say the motto of Hilton is do whatever it takes... well this place fell short in every aspect. No true customer service experience its just Venice! Worth seeing once and thats it.

It used to be a flour mill, but in 1955 it was shut down and renovated.
It is currently used as a Hilton hotel.
It is located on Giudeecca Island below the main island, not Venice.
On the other hand, there are not a lot of tourists.
There are many restaurants on the beach, so you can eat while looking out over the main island night view and the beach.
Here is famous for two rooftop swimming pools, also worth even deliberately groups come again very beautiful sunset.
That this geujek Cutie Brown that unlike a very small scale operation time is different where it ended at nine.
Its own shuttle, not a water bus, runs almost every 20 minutes to the San Marco square right in front of the hotel, but it is not free and costs 7.5 euros per person during the stay.

Very nice atmosphere, the service very friendly, but at breakfast (due to the Corona Kriese without buffet, but pure service) it was a bit uncoordinated by the staff. In my opinion too much perdonal, no exact division. You felt like you were on a freeway. The rooms were nice, the bed was super cozy and it was so quiet despite the Grande Canale, but there were spots like the shower head, which was loose, or chests of drawers that were a little scratched. Maybe I was expecting too much the night at over 500.

Expected more for the price paid. Hotel pool not open during winter. Pros: Stunning hotel with fantastic facilities and brilliant housekeeping. Good links to ACTV waterbus stations, plus there's a private water taxi shuttle from Hilton to St. Mark's which runs regularly, for a small one time charge. Cons: The location in Giudecca means long travel times to almost all tourist locations in Venice, which is a major drawback. Food & drink is very expensive but not impressive, hard to recommend.

Friendly staff, from the waiters by the technicians and the service people ...
Well done.

Beautiful place.
Exceptional view.

A little dark the dock in the evening for the vaporetto, but it is certainly not a fault to be attributed to them but to the municipality.

The first impression of the hotel was very nice, huge brick building, the inside was very nice and modern. I also thought it was perfectly okay that a fever was measured at the entrance during Corona times. And the shuttle boat that runs once an hour was very practical (costs 8.50 per person / stay, which is very cheap for Venice). The view from the room was also very nice. However, this impression quickly faded, the room seemed freshly renovated, but when we opened the closet we got a very strong smell of sweat, so that we did not hang any clothes in it during the entire stay. In addition, there was a guest's yoghurt in front of us in the minibar. The breakfast, which is only served a la carte in Corona times, was an absolute disaster. As soon as more than 4 tables were occupied in the small room, the very tight staff stumbled. On the first day we ordered two boiled eggs, unfortunately only one ever arrived and that without an egg cup, which unfortunately didn't seem to be available in the entire hotel when asked. On the second day I ordered water, which I unfortunately never received after asking four times and waiting for an hour. In addition, my friend's breakfast came relatively quickly, as well as my butter, my toast and the cold cuts I had ordered, but I never got it. You won't find any fresh vegetables or local fruit on the menu either. All in all a very disappointing experience, especially considering how much you pay. When we wanted to reserve an hour of the pool (we were there two nights), only one slot was free, as the pool was closed for a private event in the afternoon. We could have been told in advance when checking in, then we might have planned differently so that we could actually see / use the rooftop pool that is advertised in this way. Unfortunately that was not possible. The Executive Lounge was also unfortunately more than disappointing compared to other Hilton's, the dishes (cups) were always empty, the drinks were only partially refilled and the sandwiches in happy hour looked so unsavory that we even had them have not tried. The three stars are only there because we were waived the fee for the shuttle in the end to compensate. I wouldn't book here again in the future, especially not for this value for money.

Beautiful hotel with some very classic rooms. The building is historic but very modern where it counts and has some great perks for Hilton Honors members. Water taxi service to the main street runs regularly. Don t forget about the views! #venice #hilton #cityofwater #canals #watertaxi

Location of the hotel is excellent. Offers its own shuttle service (boat) to the main island. Service is exceptional as you would expect. Breakfast and food are of high quality.
The rooftop bar is a highlight for Venice and worth a visit in any case.
The rooms are spacious but lived in. Clean but not polished. Compared to other Hilton's it is well in the mid field.
For me the price value ratio is not right. The offer is good but the price is high. Hilton offers easily better deals elsewhere, but for cheaper or a better product.

Fantastic place really very glamorous but at the same time also with many presences of ordinary people. Unfortunately, today it was not possible to access the Skyline as it was rented for a private party.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during the "Festa del Redentore" in July. We had an executive room, so we can use the lounge in the lobby (free drinks and small snacks).
On the occasion of the festival, you could have reserved a gala dinner on the roof terrace on the eighth floor. Price 375 euros per person (!) - we did without that.

+ Quiet location on Giudecco - you don't get much of the tourist crowds
+ Hotel shuttle to S.Marco (costs extra; 8.50 euros per person and stay; commutes quite often)
+ Our room had a nice and spacious bathroom
+ Breakfast good by Italian standards (but not as good as in comparable hotels in other countries)
+ friendly service staff
+ Roof terrace (pool + bar) with great views

- Paid WiFi
- Small pool that fills up well in the morning; no shady berths
- Relatively small rooms that are a bit old
- The biggest problem for and was that the rooms were extremely noisy (we could understand almost every word our room neighbors).
- Generally overpriced
- Executive lounge could be cleaner (often nobody was there to wipe the tables clean, for example)

Beautiful views of Venice but a bit inconvenient having to take the shuttle over to the main islands. The pool area was rather small & quite busy - hard to find a seat. The room was clean but nothing special. Would probably not stay here again in the future but I wouldn't advise against it either.

The staff was uber helpful and friendly. I've been to Venice many times and it's so nice to stay in a modern, lovely hotel and not a decaying, depressing facility. Charm ends at an old, tired bathroom.

The hotel is nice and clean.
Problem: Sauna costs extra! although it is 5 star hotel.
Also, you should pay for the "hotel ferry", regardless of whether you are a hotel guest or not! or "Normal Farry" ticket has.

Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect. Room was big. Bathroom incredible. Best hotel in our Italian vacation. Being from the U.S.A. , it takes time to get used to European hotels, but this was a nice break from tiny, hot, old facilities. We needed the luxury and didn't mind spending a little more. If we return to Venice, we will stay here again.
We traveled by train through Italy and suggest finding another couple to share a water taxi to the train station. It took 10 minutes instead of 40 and add another 30 to make sure you got the right overcrowded public boat back to the train. We comfortably enjoyed Venice for 2 extra hours for 65 Euro.
Make sure you go to the roof at night for pics.
Staff was amazing.

Poor service. In addition, it has been over 10 days and the hotel 'forgot' to release the pre-authorization payment (which has still not been received). Following several phone calls and emails, no action has been taken and the reception staff have been rude, unhelpful and completely uncooperative.

Luxury hotel in Venice on the island of Giudecca. Courteous staff, strategic location 5 minutes from piazza san marco with the motoacafo taxi. The terrace overlooking the lagoon is very beautiful. Excellent value for money if you book in antixipo on the hilton website

One of the highest expressions in the festival of the great Venetian hotels, cleaning organization, facilities, cordiality and helpfulness are the main ingredients, then there is also a dream spa that is impossible not to try.

Returned yesterday. Very nice staff and very comfortable bed but the windows of our room with view very small, narrow ....
Hearty breakfast. However very disappointed because I warned that it was for a honeymoon and NOTHING any attention from them. As if it were a classic trip, not even a drink offered at the bar ... suddenly for a 5 star it does not do much tailor-made service. We didn't say anything assuming they knew we weren't going to claim! Pity

Hotel was okay, prices in each case from good and evil, 9.00 for canned beer on the roof terrace great. Location OK, but downtown you need a taxi boat, in the price, but you have to follow the timetable.
Breakfast plentiful and good, but next time would not be first choice

A short boat/shuttle from St Marks Square, this hotel is an expansive but very solid choice for a comfortable stay in Venice. Nearby food options are very good, and the hotel itself is pretty standard Hilton, but well executed.

Spectacular location, too bad for some services that could be better. However the view from the terrace at sunset and the chance to go swimming in the pool on the eighth floor are priceless.

Very nice hotel with attention to the smallest details.
A hotel that deserves 5 stars but my experience gives me only 2 for the following reasons:
The cleaning lady who enters the room without knocking,
Ground floor terrace and bar closed at midnight.
