Attended a wedding reception here. it was amazing! Great bartenders! Beautiful venue. Wait staff was only okay. Some we're kind of rude to my nieces.. Not cool, but others were great so that was nice.

For $350 per night the hotel is not as good as it should be. We had yellow stains all over our sheets and bed spread. The shower made a very high pitched squeaking sound the whole time showering and the beds were fairly small. Overall for a Hilton hotel, we were not very impressed.

This Hilton is not an elegant hostelry. It is large, old, and a ghost of its past self. Yet, the rooms are refurbished, water pressure is excellent, a decent steak house anchors the first floor, and the location is in the heart of Milwaukee. Best of all, the price can be very reasonable.

We paid $127.00 per night for a deluxe king room. That is a steal compared to other decent hotels in the area. Our room on the 24th floor was quiet, large enough, with okay storage, and an older bathroom. Sure, the TV was small, the furniture worn, and everything seemed stale. But, we paid $127 per night! I did park a block away to save a few bucks, but who cares. For $127 a night, I will stay at this Hilton every time I'm in Milwaukee.

Nice hotel, rooms a little small but it is an older building. Room service was good, food was great! Was a little disappointed in how long it took to get the fridge we were promised at check-in. Great views of the city. Unfortunately no pool but overall a great visit.

I very recently stayed at this particular Hilton for a conference. While the ambiance of the hotel was very nice, this hotel stay was absolutely terrible and by far one of the worst experiences I ve had in a stay to date. Where did they go wrong? Glad you asked. Let s start with the front desk. Upon checking in, Lauren was not very polite. (Now take into consideration that I have worked in a hotel setting at the front desk and checked in several needy/over the top guests before) however this was not the case. Our rooms were already taken care of by my company. Lauren insisted that I had to provide my personal cc for incidentals. Kudos to her for following protocol (I m sure) however she was very rude when I was just trying to get clarification as my company was insistent what I wouldn t need anything but my id. Moving on, I traveled with a group and I turned to the other front desk assistant and asked if we could have a room on the same floor. Without looking at her computer she said, we re pretty full I don t think that will be possible. So after Lauren was having trouble with her key reader, what could have been a smooth check in turned into a 20 minute front desk ordeal. We were given NO amenities/direction around the hotel, just keys. Why is this important? Well, once I arrived to my room I found that it was a handicap accessible room, which Lauren should have advised us of at the front desk. Not a huge deal, seeing that we are at a conference, rooms are full, fine, but still be courteous and inform your guest. Once entering the room, my roommate found that her box spring was completely broken leaving her bed lopsided. She was aggravated with the front desk and their lack of help that she decided to sleep uncomfortable for our 3 night stay. I requested a blanket from housekeeping and was given a cigarette hole filled throw. (how you have cigarette burns in a smoke free hotel is beyond me.) Other staff was friendly and we dined at two of the onsite restaurants which was nice. But the front desk really needs to tighten up and go back through hospitality training, it truly can ruin a hotel stay experience.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and roomy with all the necessary amenities. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 star was because we had to call for room service to bring us extra towels the next day. Was hoping for more speedy service. Other than that everyone was really nice and courteous.

One of the best stays ive had is here in Hilton Milwaukee. The staff is courteous and very friendly. The checkin and checkout was very smooth. We stayed for a night and were allotted a room with a nice view of Milwaukee city.

They have a public parking space right opposite the hotel entrance or if you choose you can even go for valet parking. They are connected with the Milwaukee Center directly so you can just walk across instead of leaving the hotel and stepping out.

Also if you are here do try to meet Millie their pet concierge who is extremely adorable

Our room was clean, well maintained and overall it was a great stay!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Hilton City Center and it was nothing short of amazing!!! Maggie the catering manager is the best in the business and staff members that helped with the catering during our wedding weekend worth recognizing are: Rosa, Jo, Michael, Lisa, and Phil. They love their jobs and they have amazing customer service. We also loved being welcomed and helped by Ken the bellman because his happiness is contagious! I suggest this location for any engaged couple looking for the best venue in town. Stunning!

Okay hotel for it to be a Hilton. Mybiggest complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping does their own thing. My hallway was filthy. Wine glasses, pizza boxes, crumbs. Like sometimes had been sitting out for days. They expect to clean your room at 8 AM each morning or they slide the little card under your door. You then are subject to a security check every 48 hours and you also have to call to have your room cleaned. When I called they barely even cleaned it. I couldve did what they did. Didnt take out all of the trash, sloppily made my bed, left me fresh towels, but I've had way better cleaning service. For a Hilton, it didn't meet the standards. The shuttle service was very overwhelmed. If you are not a pilot do not book the shuttle. Pilots and fly attendants get first dibs on the shuttle. But even when the shuttle is available, the staff says "theres no one available to drive or there are no shuttles here." Yet theres always several guys taking a smoke break. Hmm.

The lobby and public areas are all beautiful and well maintained. The room was a great size and well-appointed. We were in the west wing, which was renovated and included a refrigerator, which was very. Part of the promotion we had booked was not available upon arrival, and they went above and beyond to amend the situation. Great experience overall.

All the bar and pub staff were snoody and rude. Ended up leaving after being put off by interactions with 3 of the staff and spent a sizable amount of money at a bar and restaurant down the street. Never again will I stay at a hilton with such lackluster service.

The hotel looks fairly nice but everything is also very old and functions as such. The beds are very soft and comfortable and the breakfast is great but there's no water pressure and half of the outlets and light fixtures in our room didn't work.

You couldn't pay me to stay here again. There is no parking besides vallet. So if you want to go any where you have to deal with the thug vallet parking staff. One keyed my car that had 900 miles on it. 150 plus a night hotel and thats what you get. If your a white person or anyone beware of this place. i look forward to leaving here immediately. You'll think me if you don't stay here and if you do you'll remember this.

Room was comfortable. Signs directing to the ice machine should be in the hallways. Room service was very prompt. Less than 20 minutes from my call. The nachos were good, except for the meat, cooked but too pink.

Great location, beautiful lobby, easy access to major downtown locations. My room wasn't particularly impressive, but it was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the great location and service.
