Whoa! So happy with my stay! Got this hotel for a excellent price at . I enjoyed this hotel and I'm really happy I stayed at my favorite hotel cheaper than what I generally spend.
Toya and her team of professionals made us feel as if we were home. The rooms are super clean and sanitized, the whole staff went out of their way to treat us like royalty while here on business and celebrating Vietnamese new year, bravo to them
Hilton Post Oak Location is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. However, I left my expensive jacket there the day I checked out. That same day I called the hotel to inform them I was coming back to pick up my jacket. The representative told me I would have to come back the next day to pick it up. I came back the next two days requesting my jacket. I also called multiple times and the Staff hung up in my face or either told me something different from the day before. I also requested to see the security footage and no one allowed me to.
My jacket was obviously stolen by the staff and the manager (corporate) didn t even offer me an apology or free stay for a night.
I used their services to the point where I received a Honors Account.
I regret using their services because they clearly do not care about their guest.
I wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone. I ll never understand how I left my jacket there and the same day when I tried to retrieve it I was denied.

This hotel is always beautiful and accommodating. I have used this facility for pre-prom preparation and photos for both my daughters, 4 years apart! Very clean, elegant, and friendly
Five star award winning customer service. Justin at the front desk took the time to help me scan 6 documents for an emergency project deadline @ 2:58am. Well definitely come back!
My room upon check in was not clean. The bathroom toilet was filthy. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they quickly moved me to another room. Hilton, you are better than this and this is well below your standard of excellence - especially in the midst of Covid.
Throughly enjoyed my stay. I communicated through the hilton app and they really provided the best service. Told them the shower wasnt draining properly, and maintenance was in the room shortly after. Asked for more towels, and got a bunch. Very great service and beautiful hotel.
The place was wonderful. Every one was amazing in customer services. The hotel manager is a wonderful ,helpful young woman. The restaurant serves fantastic food. It was one of my best hotel stays ever and i travel all across the country. Thank you Hilton Houston Post Oak !!! 5 stars!!!!
Good Hilton compared to other hotels that call themselves "Hilton". Comfortable Rooms with balconies, good facilities and plenty of restaurants around.
As dirty as a two star hotel. No microwaves in room. Sad excuse for an over priced breakfast buffet, $20 for completely McDonald's level, burnt cheap French toast sticks. Pretentious & Impatient front desk considering the price, they are quickly annoyed and get snappy. Parking is $25 extra everyday unavoidable. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOUR CARD BY $500-1000 even if only staying one night. Room was so dirty I had to adjust to not feel nauseous. Definitely need shower shoes and alcohol for toilet seat. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED. The vending machine even ate my dollar? No refund. I blame these things on the staff. The Hilton Family is beautiful and awesome, I know they will fix this. Sorry for the one star review. After spending thousands of dollars I had to post this. The view is priceless and incredible though.
