I don't normally give 5 stars...but this location has the best staff I've encountered in a while.

Absolutely THEE WORST Hilton I have ever patronage! I am a Hilton Honora member and ONLY stay at Hiltons. My husband and I booked a suite for a wedding we attended. It was dirty so thank God for Lysol! There was NO soap in the room! I receive free breakfast due to.my membership which I was still charged. I wouldn't even allow my Yorkie to stay here. Never again! I pray my upcoming Hilton stays in Ohio and California are better

If I could give a negative I would! Front desk clerk was rude. Pull out bed was missing sheets. None provided in the closets either. Cover had not been washed from previous guests. Didn't even spend the night. We left before sleeping! Definitely not what was expected from a Hilton.

Overall a decent place to stay! I would have gave 5 stars but for the price of the room Hotel needs to be updated a bit. Especially the carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms, had a mildew smell and needs to be replaced. Other than that Staff was great and food was good.

It just wasn t a very comfortable stay, way too messy, loud, busy, and ratchet, with people hanging out in the hall ways and on the sidewalk all through the night being loud, sidewalk and parking lot smelled like urine.

Customer service was poor and unprofessional, the pool and hot tub were closed without any valid reasons (excuses were made about no one on the staff having a key and that they d have to wait on someone else to come in to unlock it - we waited hours to no avail - our children went from extremely excited to extremely disappointed).

Rooms are CLEAN! Restaurant, one of the best in the area, all foods cooked on wood fire grill, (while menu is not huge, what it has is great!) Service was great in there as well. Thank you Todd for being a good waiter and bar tender...always seemed relaxed and never missed a beat. The food, wow, just do it! Why drive somewhere when you can simply go in there off main front lobby and relax and eat a great dinner? No reason I can think of...well maybe price if your restricted on funds...but otherwise, do so, its incredibly good!

The beds are firm but soft, so support for those with back issues, you have the right place! Its why I use Hiltons, can't risk a bad bed...won't happen here! Out door seating with multiple outdoor pits. Relaxing is right here! Need go elsewhere for the relaxing part! FREE parking, FREE WIFI, and a decent tv ...

(though my one and only complaint is, RAISE your TV's!! Way too low to lay in bed and comfortably watch without being n wrong positions for all of us but sure for those of us with spinal issues and want to watch to fall asleep. Can't just lay down and look up to the tv. More like lay sideways and half sitting up, then you can see it...its not the size, its the low seated situation. One of Greenville best Hotels, and connected to the hampton Inn grounds, which is new and replaced the old Bistro Hotel. That is now gone.

Staff was great, exceptionally responsive. I arrived at 8:00 pm for a client meeting the following day. The reservations had inadvertently been set up at another hotel. In just a few minutes, they had me set up with a guest room and by the time I got to my room, they had a meeting room setup and ready for my inspection that evening for my meeting the next day. They had the room just right, AV, etc. all ready to go. The staff was so attentive and did a great job. We ll be back!

Great location, clean, staff was excellent, special note to Aspen, Kim, Alyssa and short blond bartender, Cant remember her name, sorry.
Food was very good. Loved the New York strip steak.

Not the level of cleanliness I am accustomed to experiencing with Hilton. But the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The Hilton Greenville has to be the top hotel in the city. It s very clean, has nice common areas and the staff are as friendly as can be. The rooms are well appointed and in great shape. There are a few issues, however. The a/c unit makes an awful sound every time it shuts off (I was in two rooms and both did this). Also, the toilet in our room ran constantly. We didn t report it simply because we wanted less exposure to staff due to COVID. As a Diamond member, the free breakfast in the restaurant was very good and they had no problem allowing us to take it to go. Great staff in the restaurant! One disappointment was not receiving a Diamond upgrade to a junior suite despite the app clearly showing they had upgraded rooms available. They upgraded us to a premium room, which is the exact same room we reserved it was just on a higher floor. Not really an upgrade in my eyes. Overall, great property though the noise from the a/c unit alone may deter us from staying again on future visits.
