Loved our stay in Hilton. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and nice and were going out of their way to help and make sure we were happy. The breakfast selection was great including hot and continental options. Would definitely go back.

A disgrace for the Hilton brand. One of the toothbrush mugs wasn't cleaned. The bedside light doesn't work. The lid of the TV remote is broken and falls off, including the batteries. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Single glazed windows, and they don't shut correctly. Traffic noise from the road, it was quiet between 0300-0600 so I could finally sleep. Sad breakfast. Oh boy, never again.
Nothing is too much trouble for the superb staff team at the Grosvenor. They are 5 star. The food is generally excellent and reasonably priced. For an old Victorian building, it is still grand and it's location and accessibility is excellent.

It's ok. Not that great. Single glazed windows when right beside a main road. Rooms are dated and not well maintained. Cleaning could be better. Sound insulation between rooms is very poor, every time someone puts a bathroom light on at night the fan wakes you up down the corridor. Staff are friendly
