Went for drinks at the bar. The bartender was polite and and made decent drinks.

Not like the Hilton Garden Inns in the U.S. This is full (and good) service with a (good) restaurant on premise. Nice gym, indoor swimming pool, and spa center on the penthouse level with great views. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I am staying at 400 Sherbrooke for a few months. Renting from Corporate Stays. The place is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. The air conditioning did not work for the first week. But the staff is super nice and works hard to provide a service of quality. The view and the location are amazing - although quite noisy - but you are downtown, so...

Read the small print on rental contract.

Things that matter:
Internet connection is the worse, it is slow and keeps disconnecting. I have to use my cell phone's hotspot half the time for urgent emails, research and to post this critique.
I can't get a key to my mailbox - neither administration - le 400 Sherbrooke West or Corporate Stays seem to be able to provide me with a key. I have to rent a post office box to get mail.
The signed lease state:
9.CLEANING: no daily or weekly maid service While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily or weekly maid service is not included in the rental rate; however is available at an additional rate.
After requesting it multiple times, I am still waiting.
oh - they need to get trolleys to allow you to carry your belongings when moving in or out.

Visited in mid oct 2018. Upper mid level hotel in downtown Montreal. Parking is very expensive so plan for that if ur going to be shelling out.

Rooms are nice but not impressive for the value. Breakfast is not included with the standard rate. Gym faculty is big and very nice. Sauna is not the best. The pool and sauna are in a beautiful atrium overlooking the city. Pool is a little small for swimming laps but you can make it work.

We were just there to catch the GreyLine tour, but the concierge was SO helpful, checking in on us periodically and calling the bus for us when they were a no-show picking us up ...

Very nicely appointed hotel with comfortable rooms. A great location in the centre of the city with easy in-out self parking (a big plus in downtown Montreal). The staff was very courteous and attentive in the bar and restaurant. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and plan to stay again in the future.

Went looking for a room. Expensive but it shows. Ended up booking on hotwire.

Great location of a hotel in downtown Montreal. Unfortunately there is no parking offered through the hotel, but there are several public lots nearby including the Evo Montreal next door. I attended a conference that was held in the boardroom and the front desk staff was always warm and welcoming. They also gave great directions to several nearby places to eat for lunch. The boardroom always had fresh water, pens and pads of paper. If the rooms are as nice as the lobby and services provided, I would recommend staying here. Great place to hold a conference.

Very pleased with the hotel over all. Restaurant in the hotel was superb. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well who gave great recommendations on places to go. Our room was very clean. One down side would be the parking garage, which was not easy to maneuver in. Any low to the ground cars would most likely bottom out. Other then that, over all great experience.

I didn't actually stay here but just walking in for a meeting I can see the place was beautiful

I would like to say its perfect not only the location but also the service.
Only one thing like juice for the breakfast needs to improve a little bitter.

It would be nice to add a second toilet on the floors to reduce the queue. Otherwise, the food is excellent and the place is very clean.

Hotel well placed, room nice and clean.
A little shabby but ok.
Continental buffet breakfast with pastries. The room is rather noisy.

Great hotel with friendly staff and free wifi. Pool and exercise room is on top floor. Parking is a little expensive, however it comes with in/out privileges integrated room card to open the garage door. Also parking can be a tight fit. Request street view other side faces another high rise building.

Good hotel, good location, nice views if you're facing the street, and the pool and gym are amazing (they have a squat rack). I always look forward to staying here when in Montreal.

I'm surprised how many homeless there were. I thought progressive city's had the problem figured out.
