Its a nice place&close to everything.I was so excited to spend my husband's birthday downtown. I just didn't expect to find crunchy dirty socks left by the last person!! Especially since there was a seal on the door.
Love the customer service for starters. Property is beautiful and sits right downtown Charlotte. There are plenty of places within a 10 min walking distance and the room is beautiful.
Great experience. From the booking over the phone to the front desk to the room. Took hot tub long time to fill up but one it did. I was in heaven. Did I mention how comfy bed was??
No liners in trash cans tub wouldn't drain. Flush the toilet it made a loud noises for and hour. I've had better stays at less expensive hotels. I won't be going back
This was our first visit here for a birthday weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and very informative. We will definitely return here!
Ok, I wasn't impressed as it's a Hilton - Hot tub broken, tiny pool, top of toilet cracked and it backed up twice, and the kurig brewed funny tasting coffee which the front desk said was due to the cleaning process.
I really enjoyed myself, I felt right at home in my room (Looked like a mini apartment) All the staff were super friendly and made you feel right at home. The social distancing was well done as well, I will be back to stay again VERY SOON!! I highly recommend this hotel
Great hotel, convenient to downtown amenities. Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. Did not give five stars because the noise level is terrible. People slamming doors throughout the night, loud talking in the hallway at 3 AM, random strangers pounding on our door and traffic noise that kept us awake all night.
Was an easy process to check in and out. Bed was so comfortable! Young lady at desk was pleasant and very informative. I love Hilton Garden Inn.
Enjoyed the in room jacuzzi! Ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and our side items were missing -- reason for the 3 stars.
