This Hilton hotel lives up to its standards. Right from check in till the checkout we were made to feel very special. We got a very warm reception from Mr Vinayak (Team member) and the entire Hilton team dealt with us very professionally. Me and my wife were really overwhelmed when we were choosen as the guest of the day (a surprise for us) and we were extended the complementary executive Lounge access. Coming to the room, we had choosen a kings Guest room and the room was very clean with posh ameneties inside. The hotel itself is upscale and grandiose, be it the lobby or the roof top bar/restaurant area. Food and drinks offered was very delicious and had a wide range of cuisine to choose from. Thanks to the whole Hilton chennai team who made our day very special and luxurious. Would recommend this hotel to my friend and family and looking forward to stay again soon.

Home to Q-bar, the most buzzing bar/club for a Saturday night in the city. Been going there for over 9 years now. Still the best place to go to for a night out after all these years and all the competition.

We went to the restaurant for team lunch. The reception area as well as the premises is simply awesome. It gave a feel as if I was in abroad. The restaurant gave a view of the metro rail which was Cool. Ofcourse the food was awesome and was Mediterranean the day we visited.

I have booked conference in Hilton Chennai last month for one of my corporates. Services was excellent and arrangements was also good. There was minor issue at the event hall regarding some amenities, but Ms Jyoti Rai, Conferences & Events Manager helped us in all possible ways. She was being very supportive.

Looking forward for more events and conference with her.

Good modern hotel. Lives up to international standards. I liked the rooftop pool with great views of the city. The room I stayed in was a king. It was pretty descent. Bathroom had shower and separate tub. The executive lounge was good and well stocked. They could do better with top shelf liquor. Overall excellent stay.

Used to be an amazing place, but Q Bar brought in a new batch of very strange bouncers that fully spoiled the ambience. You are an international brand, don't let an odd staff sully your name in a city of 4M people. Certainly never going back.

Nice ambience, excellent service. Well laid out buffet with lots to choose from including sushi/sashimi. Great dishes for both veg and non-vegetarians.You will struggle to choose between Italian, Chinese, Indian dishes. Dessert will leave you wanting more. Dry nuts kheer, coconut barfi, chocolate brownie, panna cotta, and even more. Good value for money.

Satisfying hospitality and rooms were well maintained

I had been there for 2 days. I don't know for sure, if they are a part of Hilton Hotels, but as per my experience, will think it to be a 3-4 star hotel max. It was covid times, and guess, there was NO HANDWASH provided. I called room service and as per them, as per their standards, they provide only soap. HWhen we have 2 people how can one use one bar of soap. Toiletries like dental kit were provided for one person. Room temperature with AC takes time to reach the desired temperature. I was ok with that, but my husband felt it was not ok, and we had to call the technician. Also housekeeping is done only on request. They had put up the stickers, but I hadn't seen it, so I will skip it. The TV had majority of Tamil channels, discovery, news channel everything was in Tamil. Who watches in Tamil?? The TV remote didn't work, and it was like a struggle to work with it. Ultimately we used our laptops. room service is slow. Inspite of saying urgent, and we had to remind twice, then our request was serviced. The food is overtly extremely priced. I didn't see any value for money in the food ordered. They are open to have food delivered from outside, so we did that from 2nd day onwards.
